First watch I received, I had difficulty sizing the band. Customer service was supreme, replacement watch received and band adjustment went well. Love the face and band colors. Great watch for the price and OLEVS was great to work with. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a teen in Children Youth and Services for Christmas, so I hope he likes it. It is a very classy watch. If it were for me, I'd love it. It is a perfect color gold, and it also tells the date. This was the watch that the young man requested so I am sure he will love and appreciate it.

It's got a lighter feel to it but not a cheap feel necessarily and surprisingly easy to use the size tool and the watch responds to it well. I had it sized in minutes. Dig it for the price!

This watch really look more expensive than it cost. Brought it for my son to run KC with a suit on his friend wedding day.

This watch looks great and matches everything! It’s my daily watch and it works wonders. I’ve had it synced to the best of my ability to my other devices and it holds true. Sizing the watch to my wrist was a little of a hassle, but after a frustrating time, I was able to get the job done. The reason for 1 star is that I was wearing my watch as normal and out of nowhere, the attachment to the watch had snapped and now it is unwearable. I had tried to contact customer support through Amazon, but all the links were broken. I was not able to troubleshoot the device and try and talk to a representative either via email or on the phone just now, but after trying to fill out a form on their website, i received this error message as the result; “:0”. Also when I called the number listed, the message that they had given me was simply, “Your call cannot be placed, goodbye.” This rating could easily go up, but for the reason of poor customer service, the fact that the watch broke after 2 months of wearing it, and the price point being a little on the higher end for a cheap watch on something that broke pretty quickly are why this watch only gets 1 star. If I didn’t run into any of these issues and this watch lasted me longer and hadn’t snapped, I’d give this watch a solid 4.5-5 stars.

This watch is very attractive and easy to read. However, the tool for adjusting the length of the band is very poorly made: threads on the knob that is supposed to drive the needle that removes pins from the band stripped out the first time I used it, and I was forced to resort to a vice grip pliers to make it work, and the first needle bent before it did its job. Moreover the first click on the crown (the one you use to adjust the date and day of the week) is less than a millimeter from the body of the watch, and therefore very easy to miss. Finally, after trying to change the date and day three times, I resorted to advancing these data, by advancing the minute hand (click 2). The instructions in different parts of the user manual contradict each other and are therefore, very unhelpful. Now that I've addressed these start-up issues, I'm hopeful that the watch will work as well as it looks.

It's a pretty cheap watch and that's what it feels like too. Was expecting the quality to be a bit better.The adjustment tool broke too.
