Comfortable & durable!
I just had my second knee replacement surgery and appreciate how much compression hose aid in pain relief and recovery. These work so much better than the knee high compression socks which allow the swelling to back up right at the knee during recovery. I am actually blown away by this pair. At the medical supply store this type hose was over $50 so I wasn’t expecting much but these gave exceeded my expectations. I’m 5’4” so not very tall and I was afraid these would be too short when I pulled them out of the package but they fit perfectly. These hose are TOUGH you can really tug and pull on them and no holes, runs or snags, amazing! Also they comfortably provide the right amount of support, one day about 3 weeks out from surgery I was feeling good so I didn’t wear them and by midday I was paying the price, they definitely assist with alleviating pain and swelling so back on they went. There was even a coupon for these when I bought them. I would totally recommend these for both quality and value!

Follow these instructions & they’ll fit perfectly & will last a long time!
I tried several other highly rated brands and these are superior by far! After reading numerous reviews, I noticed that it’s quite apparent that some people did not use the sizing guide to measure their legs before ordering! So be sure to do that and you WILL get a comfortable fit. They won’t slide down and they won’t cut into your legs in various places. Also, they are NOT meant to be worn without shoes! If you don’t want to slip, add some non-skid socks or closed toe shoes to be safe. I would NOT recommend sliding them up to your ankles so you can walk barefooted, because that can cut off your circulation. Also, you need to put them in a closed lingerie bag when you wash them! This will protect them and keep them from getting runs or being overstretched during the wash cycle. Wash them in a white load and only in cold water! If you wash them in hot water, they will stretch out. Hand wash them in a sink of cold water if you have to. And never put them in the dryer. Hang them to air dry. Following these instructions will keep them nice and stretchy and will prevent the elastic or spandex from breaking down prematurely. I just really, REALLY wish they made these in black! I bought black ones from several other sellers, and they were AWFUL!!

Quality compression stockings.
These compression stockings are comfortable, the compression is appropriate and the thickness of the stockings seem to be of good quality. I purchased 3XL and these are being used for my post op knee replacement recovery. I’m 5’8” and weigh 228lbs. My surgical knee measurements are ankle 9”, calf 15” and both thighs 27” or more depending on how you sit or lay. My advice is that you use the size chart as a guideline and not an actual absolute for sizing. Example if I had only went with the measurements from the size chart I should have bought a L or XL and that would have not fit me at all. For me the top of the stockings (thigh) absolutely roll down, but they are still much better than the stockings from the hospital. As long as it doesn’t roll to the surgical site I can tolerate the nuisance. I gave the 4 stars due to the rolling down of the stocking.

Happy mom
Mom had a full knee replacement. A nurse told her to throw away the ones from the hospital cuz she didn't need them anymore. Well turned out that was wrong information. So she asked me to look on here. She was very happy with these. Helped with swelling and not too tight. Well made

Hard to put on
Title: Decent Compression, But Some Issues These anti-embolism compression stockings do the job in terms of providing moderate compression (15-20 mmHg) and improving circulation, but they fall short in a few areas. The material is sturdy and breathable, which is great, but the fit can be inconsistent. Despite following the sizing chart, the thigh-high design tends to roll down throughout the day, which gets frustrating. They’re also a bit difficult to put on and take off, especially if you have limited mobility. While they are effective for short-term use, the comfort and practicality could be improved. Overall, they’re okay for the price, but I’d consider exploring other options for better fit and durability.

Comfortable, breathable and does the job.
Worked perfectly for after I had a knee replacement. Not only did they help with swelling, but kept those nerve zingers at bay while sleeping. Not gonna lie, hard to put on over your foot.. they fit, was just hard for me so I cut the foot part off and they still did what I needed them to do. Very comfortable to wear.

Great for a knee replacement surgery
I purchased these socks before I had knee replacement surgery. They work great, hand washed and they hold up well. I wish they came in black.

Loving these stockings!
After my knee replacement 2 weeks ago, it was advised that I wear the anti-embolism stockings until I am back to my regular activities. If you have ever needed to wear them, you know how uncomfortable the ones supplied by the hospitals are. They don't stay up, are un-yielding and they are hot. From the moment I took the invera 'Anti Embolism Compression Stockings, Thigh High Unisex Ted Hose Socks 15-20 mmHg' out of the package to this very moment I have seen and felt quality and comfort. I am wearing them 24/7 at this point. After putting them on in the morning until I change them 24 hours later, they stay up and are comfortable. No binding, have no gaps and are breathable. They are exactly what I was looking for.

Good but very itchy as traps the heat
Purchased for my wife as she stands a lot during the day with work. Certainly helpful, however purchased because they stated allows perspiration to escape and in theory means the legs are not going to become hot and itch. Unfortunately that's not the case and causes some degree of discomfort as a result, thus she wears them for an hour or so, then forced to remove them. Impossible stand for several hours.

Does’t stay up at the thigh as the band is too thin.
The band at the top is too skinny to keep the support stocking in place.
