I just got my order of the 8" and 10" pans. they are made in china. only the 11" was described as china made. are they all made in china?

I assume all made in China. I try to buy Made in USA or in countries of origin with solid employment, environment, safety and expected laws are upheld (e.g. "knock-offs") so in this case, with no USA or actual Belgian manufacture, I have to trust the vendor is keeping those priorities. https://www.greenpan.us/faq "Miscellaneous Questions: Where are GreenPans made? Can the Venice pro pans be used in the broiler?

Since the pan and handle are metal, you could, however I would be reluctant to subject the ceramic coating to such high heat.

Induction compatible?

Yes they are induction compatible. Heavy in weight. Excellent non stick properties. Have used 8” , 10” and 12” frying pans almost daily for over two months. No discoloration- no wear. Using medium heat.

I see some reviews that the instructions say not to use olive oil...does anyone know why?

Ceramic is a non-stick surface and usually does not need oil. Olive oil specifically can leave a carbonized layer on the surface of the pan due to it's inability to withstand high temperatures.
