Real Coconut Butter With Incredible Benefits ( NOT COCONUT OIL)
I honestly donโt understand some of the negative reviews, because it seems like many people are confused about what this product actually is. This is NOT coconut oil. This is coconut butter, which means itโs made from the entire coconut meat, including the natural fiber, purรฉed into a smooth, creamy consistency. Coconut oil is only the extracted fat, so itโs a completely different product with different nutrition and a different purpose. Because this is whole coconut, it naturally contains healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which makes it very nourishing and supportive for the body. Weโve been using Nutiva Coconut Manna daily for about 8 months, and it has been amazing for my son, who is autistic. Since adding it to his routine, Iโve noticed improved digestion, more regular bowel movements, gentle support for gut health due to the natural fiber, better nutrient absorption, more stable energy levels, and overall better regulation in his body with less digestive discomfort. Itโs also naturally rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which support brain function and provide clean, steady energy. The healthy fats help with satiety, support the nervous system, and are great for children who need nutrient-dense foods without additives. Another big benefit is how gentle and clean this product is. Itโs organic, non-GMO, and contains no fillers or unnecessary ingredients. It has been extremely well tolerated with zero negative reactions, which is very important for children with sensitivities. Itโs also very versatile. We add it to smoothies, warm foods. I usually mix it a bit hard for like 4 to 5 min gently then keep it outside the fridge, the texture becomes silky smooth and the taste is mild and comforting. This product has become a staple in our home and has supported my sonโs digestion and overall wellness in ways I didnโt expect. If you understand what coconut butter is and how itโs meant to be used, this product is excellent. Highly recommend. ๐ฟ๐ฅฅ

Amazing taste much better the tropical traditions stuff
I originally ordered tropical traditions coconut cream concentrate and their gold label organic extra virgin coconut oil, the concentrated coconut cream was supposed to taste good but I found it to be too oily even after mixing good it still tasted oily, what I did was wait for the oil to separate from the ground up coconut meat and just poured it off into its own container and then I had a thick coconut meat substance for our smoothies that didn't leave an off putting oily aftertaste. So I decided to try the coconut manna after reading it's description and reviews I wasn't optimistic as the concentrated coconut cream was supposed to taste the way the coconut manna is supposed to taste too, so it got here today and I opened it up and it had a translucent look to it so I took a bit on my fingertip and tasted it and it wasnt too bad, no where as good as the description says it is, but better then the previous stuff we tried, so I made my daily health smoothie and added the coconut manna and the other normal ingredients we use and my smoothie was really really good, better then it was when we used the tropical traditions stuff. Later this morning my wife was ready for her morning smoothie so I started mixing everything into the mixer and got to the coconut manna and noticed it was starting to liquefy so I grabbed a plastic spoon to get a couple spoonfuls into the smoothie and it hit the hard part and broke the spoon, well the top layer was the coconut oil part, there was very little oil compared the the other stuff, and the meat was solid, so solid I had to use a butter knife to chisel out a couple good sized chunks to put in the smoothie, and then the last ingredient is raw organic cacao powder so I started the mixer up while I used the butter knife to break up the rest of the solid part and mix it back to a creamy consistency and now I'm hooked, once you get it mixed up like it should be I love it and so does my wife now, with the coconut manna and the cacao powder mixed in our smoothies it's amazing, we get a nice fruity strawberry taste on the front end and a coconuty chocolatly taste on the back end, our smoothies are the best they have ever been, tropical traditions boasted you could simply eat their coconut cream stuff by the spoonful but I couldn't do it because it's 70% pure coconut oil which doesn't taste very much like coconut, and I'm not into eating oil by the spoonful,l either, this coconut manna stuff once properly mixed has a thick peanut butter like consistency and I can definitely eat it by the spoonful, as a matter of fact I put a bit of the coconut manna and cacao powder in my wife's coffee this evening without her knowing It and she kept saying how good the cup of coffee I made her was, and when i asked her for a drink the cup was dry, she drank every drop because and I know it's because I had mixed a little cacao powder with the manna and put a bit in her coffee with her cream and sugar, she rarely drinks an entire cup of coffee, there's usually about an inch at the bottom of the cup she doesn't finish but with this stuff in her coffee she said it was amazing and I have to agree from what little bit I got to taste before she drank the cup dry.. Anyway if you want a really great coconut product with amazing consistency and coconut flavor then this stuff is what you want, I liked the tropical traditions stuff ok but only after I let the majority of the oil separate from the meat and poured it off it was a lot better, but still not quite as good as coconut manna, my wife had to tell me I couldn't have anymore spoonfuls tonight so I can't wait to put it in my morning smoothie again it's going to be awesome and it doesn't turn into a rock when it hits the cold stuff in the smoothie like the creamed coconut does... I just can't say enough about this product, it's everything I was hoping I would get when I ordered the tropical traditions concentrated coconut cream, but now it'll be a permanent ingredient in our daily morning smoothies and makes me want more of it now BC

โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Exactly what I was looking for!
I was originally looking for a coconut butter and found this productโNutiva Coconut Mannaโand Iโm so glad I tried it. The main difference is that coconut butter (or โmannaโ) is made from the whole coconut, not just the oil, so it has a thicker, creamier texture and a naturally sweet coconut flavor. Itโs like peanut butter but made from coconuts! I love putting a scoop in my oatmeal for extra creaminess, and itโs also great in smoothies, on toast, or baked into recipes. You do have to warm and stir it when it first arrives since it separates, but once mixed itโs smooth and amazing. This is a pantry staple for me now! Great price for 2 and the package came in a few days, separate from the rest of my order. The package had them individually reinforced cardboard so that I received them in one piece.

Yummy! Little hard to melt
Upon opening the jar it was hard as a rock. I stirred it and all it did was break it up into a sandy texture. I put it in the microwave (didn't READ it) and all it did was make the sandy texture warm did nothing to "melt" it to spreading consistency. NOW after READING the label it states to put the jar in warm water. Well...that is what's needed to make this smooth and spreadable! Love it! and the taste is fantastic! Just put the jar in a bowl with hot tap water and keep stirring it and it will become smooth and creamy.

Mannamania ๐คฏ
I can't believe this is actually pureรฉd whole coconut. For years I wondered "what is Manna?", and also would wonder on separate occasions "why is there every other type of pureรฉ except coconut?", not knowing that is exactly what Coconut Manna is. I would ask these two questions at separate times assuming they had nothing to do with the other. So, here it is! Pureรฉd Coconut ๐ฅฅ. And what I have to say about it is that It's great. The texture is clumpy yet smooth and has a light sweetness. As with everything I try for the first time, the taste test lies in how it mixes into my oats, oat bran, or buckwheat for Breakfast. On this particular day I did 1 serving of raw buckwheat, 1 serving of Oat Bran, 1 spoon of Molasses, 1 scoop of hemp protein powder, ยฝ serving of Almonds, and 2 spoons of Manna. It was incredible! I normally do 1 spoon of Coconut oil, but I swapped it out to try the Manna. I tried some on its own before mixing it into the buckwheat/oat bran mixture. I knew before mixing it in that it was hit. It's delicious ๐ I really like the texture. However, it could be just me or the fact that I put two spoons instead of 1, but I Don't feel as energized as I do when I use the coconut oil. This could be due to their being more fat, more calories, and more carbs in 1 serving of Manna versus 1 serving of Coconut oil. I'll have to play around with it to see, but I really like it a lot and glad I am now familiar with it

Spreadable on toast. Delicious in smoothies, desserts, and even curries
What sets this coconut butter apart is its versatility in the kitchen. From spreading it on toast to using it as a substitute for traditional cooking oils, the possibilities seemed endless. I experimented with incorporating it into smoothies, desserts, and even curries, each time discovering new dimensions of flavor that left me pleasantly surprised. Beyond its heavenly taste, this coconut butter boasts an impressive array of nutritional benefits. Packed with healthy fats, it proved to be a satisfying and energy-boosting addition to my diet. Additionally, it contains essential nutrients such as lauric acid, known for its immune-boosting properties, making it a guilt-free pleasure, low carb at 7 gram per serving, naturally sweet you could practically enjoy it as it is. It arrived solid because it's made from whole organic coconuts, it tends to settle and become firm. You can warm the jar gently in warm water to soften and stir before use. It's great for spreading, blending, baking and incorporating it into coconut milk.

Wasn't sure what to expect
If you have never tried coconut manna, you may be a little shocked. Texture is a bit like 'dry' peanut butter or almond butter. I thought that since coconut oil is very 'wet' (even though it is solid at room temperature) that it would give this that quality but I didn't find that to be the case. I purchased a two pack (very good deal, in my humble opinion) and it will last for quite a while. The flavor of this is good. It smells like coconut but the taste is not sweet per se and reminds me more of a nut butter (but without the 'sweetness'). It is unsweetened and consists only of organic whole coconut. You can find some recipes at nutiva.com but I didn't find them very helpful (unless you also are accustomed to purchasing hempseed and/or other ingredients). I have tried this with oatmeal a few times. Normally I eat oatmeal with only butter. On the jar it has a recipe for "Manna Oatmeal" but again, it includes hempseed -which I excluded. It made the oatmeal very very dry but it did add a pleasant taste to it. As with coconut oil, this is solid at room temperature. The container says it liquefies at above 73*. In our house it is generally in the 60s. I actually put it in the microwave for 30 second intervals until it was soft enough to stir together. Otherwise I use a spoon and scrape out what I need. When using it in my oatmeal, which is already hot, that works fine as it melts into the oatmeal but I wonder how well it'd work to spread it on toast when I wanted. I am interested to see how it can be used for other things (it says it can replace butter, cream cheese and cream in recipes). I wasn't sure to give this a 3 or 4 star rating because I've never tried it before by any other brand. I like it enough to possibly buy more in the future.
