They come from China. I traced the circuit and it's the Big Muff Pi Op Amp as others have said. Think Smashing Pumpkins, Siamese Dream. Works great, sounds huge.

Hello. Yes my kit came with an LED. It’s a nasty dirty sounding stomp box. I did get any instruction sheet. Just followed the printed circuit board. There maybe info online but I didn’t need them. So never checked.

This kit doesn't come with any wiring. I had to buy all the wiring individually.
