Southwire 13056722 10/2WG UF Wire

Bought the exact, and i mean exact, down to the upc code from a major big box store and this was 1/2 the price! Actually this price is what we used to pay for that roll of wire, it's just that the depot has jacked up the price that bad. Will now buy my wire which I usually buy Southwire brand at store and here, completely at Amazon, unless they jack the price ridiculously also. Wanna hear someone try to lie and make up excuses? Ask the depot employee why it's so expensive. I even heard him say "well we are running out of copper in this country." Ohh ffs! THIS ITEM IS THE QUALITY WE HAVE ALWAYS EXPECTED FROM SOUTHWIRE! Great coating,insulation everything.

Got it at great price

This worked great for us! It was cheaper on Amazon than Home Depot especially because I was able to buy in 50 ft packs instead of buying a huge pack at Home Depot /that we wouldn’t use it all! It was the same brand as well. All the plugs we installed in our backyard work great!

I purchased the 100ft 10/2 version of this outdoor wire and it's some good stuff. Very good material and durable. The cable is rated for outdoors and I installed it outdoors but fed it through a conduit. Installation and handling of the cable is easy with the right tools. I installed it from my 4,000 watt solar inverter to a transfer switch that powers my home. I've pushed about 3,000 watts through this wire perfectly fine with no worries. Buy with confidence.

The wire is good quality, just as you would find at any good hardware store. The shipping was a joke. This was originally shipped to me in a thin cardboard box which fell apart somewhere in transit so I had to reorder and actually did receive the second package. It was also in a thin cardboard box. In very bad shape I might add…. I was actually surprised that it made delivery in the condition it was. Considering the wire is wrapped tightly in heavy plastic I question the need for a cardboard box…. Just stick a shipping label on the plastic wrap. They get 4 stars instead of 5 due to the shipping problems.

Was as described. Southwire is a mainstream manufacturer and supplies many of the hardware chains here. Was a good value, and will do the job fine. It's approved by the Canadian electrical standards people, so it's safe to use..

I liked how thin it is and strong

The product was great i used it for my above ground pool heater, only dislike was that the wire would tangle easily & was hard to straighten later,but would definetly recommend it.

Trust the other reviews, wire arrived completely mangled. Looked like a rat chewed it all. Also wire does not appear to have CSA stamp for Canada. Proceed with caution
