1kg / 2.2lbs TUB Flower Drying Granular Silica Gel Crystals 0.5-1mm Grain Sand (1kg TUB - f)

I'm 54 years old and I never knew that silica get crystal could dry flowers... My eyes have been opened. I wanted to dry some funeral flowers and set them in resin for my in-laws when my father-in-law died. This worked perfectly - so much better than expected. I transferred the silica into a larger tub that was deep enough and wide enough to contain the gel and as many flowers as you want to dry.

Amazing!!!! I used this the week after our wedding to be able to save my wedding flowers and it worked an absolute treat!

Do the job of drying flower heads very well but you can only do 3 or so while flowers still fresh so expensive.

Bought this on the basis of other people's reviews. I haven't tried drying my own flowers before, but this was easy to use and the results are extremely impressive, if used as directed. The crystals are extremely lightweight so don't crush the petals of roses and other flowers. Highly recommended.

Love the ease of use and being able to preserve the flowers exactly as you want them. A little extra tlc when removing though as very fragile. Highly recommend, going to get some colour changing ones too as not sure when to recharge.

Ordered two tubs. Both of them came damaged - the lids were broken so silica gel went everywhere. The lids in particular are thin and flimsy and not suitable for shipping. I had to go out to get airtight containers to put the gel into. The gel itself worked pretty well for drying flowers, but very let down by the packaging.

Fait bien son travail. Cependant je m'attendais à avoir de jolies fleurs "fraîches" séchées or elles ressemblent plus à des fleurs fanées, dommage
