Max user height 5’6”
This is made in China to Chinese average sizes.I am 6’5” the headrest at its highest is between my shoulder blades. Have tested this chair with other heights of people - the maximum comfortable user height is 5’6”This chair was not cheap, the only good thing is the wheels. I would return it if dis-assembly and returns wasn’t such a nightmare. Anyone taller than 5’6” DO NOT BUY

A rather poor quality chair
I picked this chair for a few specific reasons1) ergonomics. Turns out it is not very comfortable, with a very hard seat. All fittings wobbly, so chair is not really level.2) arm rests that come up to fit easily under desk. Arm rests are very low so no need to raise for sliding under desk. Unfortunately too low to be of use for arms as well3) rollerblade wheels to avoid marking the floor. The wheels are brilliant. Super-slide across the room and no marks4) looks good. It does. The head rest is useless - it just falls down to lowest setting and sticks out too far forward to be comfortable. If you want to try it out for a while don’t put the plastic cover over the screw fittings as a pain to get off afterwards to remove the head rest. The lumbar support is just for decoration. So, all in all, I would not recommend this chair. It’s a cheap build, and not particularly comfortable. I would have sent it back had I been organised enough to meet the deadline. Redeeming features are it looks good and the wheels are cool.

Very uncomfortable like sitting on a slab of concrete
Really disappointed with this chair! the seat has zero cushioning on it at all. The headrest constantly slips down so much so I have had to use tape to hold it in place. Very poor quality and I would definitely NOT recommend. The back rest is so upright its uncomfortable to sit in I would go so far as to say I hate this chair! Only good thing is it is easy to assemble but other than that I have nothing good to say about this chair.

Not Suitable to Adults or children above 5ft
the chair is more suited to kids than adults. the head rest protrudes forward so much that it will give you neck strains. it was easier to remove it that try use it. the chair is also stiff and not as comfortable . The chair doesn't really rock and you only get an upright seating position with this chair as well which is annoying especially if you lie to lean back. The mesh back rest means you have no back support so seating on this chair for long period of time will be uncomfortable especially if your big.Only positive is that it looks great and it was easy to assemble and for that I have removed the headrest and given it to my 7 year old as its perfect for her.The seller understands its a product for the Chinese market and is very friendly and offered a £20 refund. So for £50 i guess its an ok chair for my daughter.

The head rest has a design fault, it doesn’t stay at the higher positions.
I was really disappointed with this chair. Having put it together all seemed fine. However, the headrest/support was just sliding to the bottom groove and therefore not suitable or comfortable. It’s a shame as, if this design fault was fixed it would be a great chair. When trying to disassemble it, to return it, its difficult to separate the lower half.

Give it a miss there’s better for the same price!
I got this chair compared to all the others available because of two main factors, the back “support” and head rest as well as it looking very cool! The quality isn’t fantastic, lots of rough edges. The whole chair twists and moves when especially the arms (and yes I’ve tightened everything). The seat padding is hard, it’s ok for an hour or so but not for long sessions or a full work day.The head rest falls down on its own, won’t stay up and is very flimsy.Lastly the weird back support pads, can’t feel them on your back so I don’t understand their purpose. Even if I force myself into the chair and push I can’t touch them, they’re a few inches too far away so they do nothing your back support.Overall there’s better chairs this company sells but I’d just avoid it and go for something else.

It is a very quite chair
Easy to assemble I did it on ny own with no problem. The chair has silicon wheels which make it very smooth to move from one place to another without making much noise or scratching hard footings, material is of the chair os plastic and I like the combination of the black and white colour it looks modern, I don’t thing the back support works at all however the chair is comfortable for me, if you are looking for a good back support this is not the chair for you, chair is very basic and as it is described the tilt back is only to a 25degrees which doesn’t make much difference. I will better go for the one that has the tilt facility to a 95 degrees and with the foot rest incorporated. To feel more comfortable and be able to rest during my long working hours of seating in from of my computer.

Useless Headrest
The chair itself is fine, the design & construction of the headrest is poor. It sticks out way too far & headrest ratchet locking system is flimsy at best. Disappointing, I’m going to be spending a lot of time in this chair. A useable headrest would have been very nice. The ratchet drops a space every time I lean back in the chair which means constantly resetting the headrest position after every time I touch it with my head. Just easier to remove it all together. There is a small hole where by I could modify it with a locking screw, should really be necessary though.Maybe the next generation design could include one?
