Perfection
I’ve been to the manufacturer in Modena Italy and they really make the greatest balsamic vinegar, this particular one is my favorite and the taste is so balanced I like to have it by the teaspoon straight up. It’s absolutely delicious

Made in Modena by an established, true Balsamic company.
Some years ago we toured the manufacturer in Modena. They make the true Balsamic that is aged 12 or 25 years and comes in a tiny bottle for over $100. This product is about as close as you can get - it's not aged as long and isn't as thick, but is very tasty and is authentic. This isn't some plain vinegar bottled in Modena and called balsamic - it's made by traditional methods, is delicious, and nutritious.

Great balsamic
I love balsamic vinegar and this is a particularly good one; thick and tangy and on the sweeter side as it should be if aged well. Great value for the price and quality.

Tried this first in Modena. Great stuff. There are older Malpigi offerings here, but this meets and exceeds our every day needs. It’s the real stuff.

I have ordered this product from an Italian supplier for several years and was delighted to find it available so much cheaper through Amazon. I use this Balsamic drizzled over meats, fruits...anything that can be drizzled. It is very sweet and rich. Great as a salad dressing mixed with just a little olive oil.

For the Balsamic Vinegar Snob in you.
My son bought this for my wife and she is not happy unless she has some of this to put on her salad. She now calls herself a balsamic vinegar snob as only this stuff will do. This is her 1st trip into the world of high priced (albeit great tasting) balsamic vinegar and she likes it so much I'm not sure she'll ever try another brand. 4 stars because I will have to buy this for her for the rest of my life, but she's worth it.
