Asian Home GourmetSpice Paste for: Indian Tikka Masala (1 x 1.75 OZ)

I used this yesterday with Naan bread. SO good!!! Will be ordering some more soon.

I didn't buy this online but at my local Asian food market. I'm a white guy inexperienced with cooking Indian food, but if you just follow the simple instructions on the packet you'll be pleasantly surprised by how tasty this is! I couldn't tell the difference between this and the same Tikka Masala I've had at the local authentic Indian restaurant, it's that good! I used plain Greek yogurt instead of cream, turned out great! Awesome meal if you're trying to count carbs, I skipped on the naan and/or rice and ate it by itself. I'll definitely be buying more of these curry packets!

This is a very mild Indian dish without a curry flavor. Asian Home Gourmet provides a very good base of seasoning. For myself, I prefer more flavor. So I add additional quantities of the same ingredients listed on the package. That way, I am not distorting the flavor, just making it more pronounced.
