Is this the same as zgmf-x20a strike freedom gundam ?

Definitely not. The strike freedom will have a gold inner frame and dragoons while this one has a gray frame and a pair of beam cannons. There is a master grade strike freedom, but its quite old now coming from 2006. Fingers crossed for a strike freedom 2.0!

Yes it includes a base! It has a base but I recommend buying the bases that holds to waist. This is because the base included is attached to the back, making it easy to make the piece fall off.
