It was so easy to set up. This is the third one I have bought and the quality is consistent. I got this one as I am having surgery and set up a guest bedroom to stay in while healing so I don’t bother my husband if I am restless. I was confident it would be comfortable post surgery. I do suggest having 2 people there when you get ready to set it up. It is heavy and four hands are better than two to get it situated to open. It inflates very fast once you open the plastic covering. (It comes rolled up in vacuum bag). Highly suggest this mattress.

I've had this mattress for almost 2 months now, I am 300 pounds, and I spend a lot of time in bed due to mental illness and finding the most comfort where I can lay down and vibe. The mattress is really nice, overall, especially with a pillow mattress topper. When I got it I let it air out for about 10 hours before hopping on and it had completely risen. Sleeping on it and then leaving it alone the next day also helped it rise! Don't believe the image though, the top doesnt get that fluffy. The fumes it lets out though...they're pretty interesting? Like it doesnt feel like you're breathing in something but it's also not great, it is weirdly sweet smelling. It still releases fumes now and again, especially if I get in and out of bed a lot. I just light a candle and open the window and things fade. I get a good night's sleep though on this mattress and it is comfortable. It gets softer the more you lay on it, so the firmness does go down as things shape to your body, but not enough to be uncomfortable.

I have had this mattress for almost a year now and I find it's description of firmness not exactly accurate. I find the mattress to be REALLY FIRM, much more firm than the description describes. If I had known just how firm it was, I would have never purchased it. I know each person's firmness level is different, what one person might describe as extra firm, another person may find it to be extremely hard. Yet from the reviews that I have read so far, the firmness of this mattress seems to be consistent, it is firm. As for me, I find it to be, firm to hard. I thought after some time it would soften, unfortunately that hasn't been my experience. I purchased the mattress in June of 2024, it is now June of 2025 and the mattress hasn't softened very much at all and I wish I had returned it before the 100 days were up, but I kept thinking it would soften given more time. Unfortunately that hasn't been my experience For those looking for a firm mattress, this one will serve you well, for those wanting medium firmness, I would choose another mattress. As I said each person has their own idea/ feeling of what type of firmness feels like but my opinion is that this mattress is firm.

I never liked the idea of purchasing beds online, because I've heard some unboxing and user horror stories. But since this is so far the notorious midway of 2020, I had no choice due to all stores being closed. So, I purchased this bed for my mom who's a senior citizen, in hopes of helping to ease her daily back pain. The price was a surprisingly low, since I instantly figured it must be cheap, or thin crust pizza type of disappointing..lol well, I apologized to the mattress when it got here. Because it was actually affordable, arrived earlier than expected, and was super easy to set up and use. Im happy to report that so far, my mom has been sleeping well through the night undisturbed, and wakes with a more ease and movement in her joints. She gives it a thumbs up and says its firm enough to support her bodyweight, without feeling as if she's lying on a wooden board. :) I'm grateful for the trial period the company offers; as this is helpful should anything change and a refund is needed. At a time like this when we're all unable to access certain stores, I'd say the price, fast delivery, and very happy customer made this first time online purchase of a bed, well worth it. 👍😆

I ordered a twin mattress. The mattress quickly expanded to the full 10 inches upon opening. No offensive off gassing. The mattress is well constructed with quality materials. The firmness is medium and the soft knitted fabric top cover cradles you when lying on the mattress. The mattress was not firm enough for my preference. I contacted Inofia customer service to let them know that the mattress did not meet my needs. They promptly emailed me a reply, I admit I was skeptical that the return policy would be authentic even though I am a Prime member. There is no way one could get the mattress back in the box to return it once expanded. If you are concerned about the 101 night return policy, rest assured that Inofia honors their guarantee. Inofia offered me a very equitable and fair refund offer without having to figure out how to ship the mattress back. What could have been a big disappointment turned into a very positive shopping experience. If you are looking for a medium firm hybrid mattress at a price that doesn't break the bank, made by a company that is committed to making sure their customers are happy, then this mattress is for you.
