Doesn't remove tree sap.
This item does not remove tree sap, it doesn't touch it. I recommend Gtechniq w7 it's the only one I've found that works, be it a tad more expensive.

Simply doesn't work
I don't normally write reviews but this product needs highlighting. I used it on tree sap on a vehicle and exactly as per instructions. It barely touched the residue I wish to remove. It simply doesn't work. I now need to search out one that will! Waste of time and money.

Do not waste your money !!!
After going away and leaving my car for a week in a car park my car was literally covered in tree sap bought this what a load of crap do not waste your money. My valeter recommend elbow grease (99p from B & M) and it removed it. I bought a glove to loosen it then just spray on and rub for a while and within 10 min all the spots and runs had gone. Save yourself £5 and don’t waste your money.

Did not work for me
I pre-treated sap droplets on car window. The spray dissolved and fixed the sap, smearing it all over the glass, making it almost impossible to wipe it off. The sap on the untreated areas came off easily in the carwash!

Waste of Money
Useless product. Used as directed but with no effect whatsoever. Waste of time and a waste of money. Didn’t remove tree sap at all! Won’t be buying again.Buyer beware !!!!

Rubbish - doesn't work
I bought this to remove hardened tree sap from my car. It did not make the slightest difference at all. I may as well have just sprayed water on the sap. Absolute rubbish!
