Fun Thingy to Have
This is just a simple nice toy to have around and fumble with whenever bored or distracted. Only issue is that... the quality leaves a lot to be desired (rear sight and fire selector are really loose, fire selector has like extra metal or die on it for some reason. Otherwise, great little thing.

Beautiful, heavy, great quality.
Got this as a gift for my mans, he is obsessed. Super cool, one piece was out of place but still in the box so no biggie. Definitely reccomend, it has nice weight to it due to it being metal (duh) and feels like amazing quality. Well worth the money, easy assembly as well. Love that it comes with the stand and isnt sold seperatly !

So much fun!
The GoatGuns Miniature AR 15 Model Black is a miniature replica of the iconic AR 15 rifle, and it is an impressive piece of craftsmanship. The attention to detail is superb, with the model featuring the same design and features as the real-life version of the rifle. The black finish on the model gives it a sleek and modern look, making it a great addition to any collection or display. The miniature model is made of high-quality metal, and it is built to last. The weight and feel of the model are incredibly realistic, and it is clear that the manufacturers have put a lot of effort into ensuring that it looks and feels like the real thing. The model also features moveable parts, including the charging handle and magazine release, making it an interactive and engaging piece to play with. The GoatGuns Miniature AR 15 Model Black is not only a great display piece, but it is also a fantastic educational tool. It is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about the AR 15 and its various components, as it provides a detailed and accurate representation of the rifle in a small and easy-to-handle form factor. Overall, the GoatGuns Miniature AR 15 Model Black is a fantastic product that is both beautifully designed and expertly crafted. Great little replica for your desk.
Hi folks, thinking about getting this neat little miniature for yourself or a loved one? Hopefully I can shed some light on its little quirks and help make a decision. First off, GoatGuns have the best detail-to-size ratio you can get on Amazon. Period. Others here are either way too small, or big hunks of low-detail pot metal with no moving parts. However, you CAN find models with more functioning parts and bigger size, as long as you're willing to look and pay a bit more. With that out of the way, any owner of this platform, or honestly anyone that likes guns, will likely appreciate this thing greatly. It has just enough functioning parts to make playing with it quite entertaining, and it doesn't sacrifice much durability to accomplish it; granted some parts like the rear sight adjustment knobs and dust cover spring are a little wobbly, handling it with modest care should not result in damage or disassembly. So then, what moves? Well: trigger (sort of. Weak spring.) selector switch (mine was a bit loose) bolt release (non-functional but it is a separate piece) magazine release (Fully functional) magazine (functional spring, loads dummy rounds) pistol grip (removable, can be swapped for a different one) bolt (low detail, and a rather big magnet that holds it closed is very noticeable. It cannot be locked back nor does it chamber a round.) dust cover (opens when bolt/charging handle is pulled, like the original) charging handle (the latch that secures the handle in the real model does not move, nor does it need to) delta ring and spring upper and lower handguard (secures with spring tension of the delta ring. Lower needs to be removed for M203 attachment.) muzzle brake (kit comes with an optional suppressor that can be swapped) front sling mount (pivots forward and backwards, must be removed for M203 attachment) rear sight assembly (flips up and down, and technically windage/elevation adjustable, albeit mine was flimsy) buffer tube adjustable stock (full functionality, sling mount moves slightly) I can also technically disassemble it further by unscrewing where the takedown pins are (these are screws and obviously non-retaining) but it's a pain with the grenade launcher installed and I'm just not gonna do it. So, as listed, it does have a decent amount of interactive parts, although some are understandably non-functional. Even then I consider it quite impressive, and it's visually accurate where it counts. It also may be a safer alternative to using a real firearm to explain handling and parts, although nobody should handle a loaded firearm until it's ready to shoot anyway, which further makes it disappointing that this model does not chamber a round. (Nor was I expecting it to) All in all, I enjoy having this surprisingly hefty little thing on my desk, and the company (Goat Guns) seems to be releasing new accessories for this platform fairly regularly. With just a few dollars extra whenever the extra bits get released, its entertainment value can be prolonged bit by bit, which is a fair price in my book. I'd have given this a 4.5 if the scale allowed it. For anyone interested, the uploaded picture is this product outfitted with the "Miniature GREN M203 Attachment" (HIGHLY recommend; this thing breaks open and loads a round!!) and "Miniature 4X Scope". Unfortunately the scope took up too much space to also mount the rear sight. :/
