Easy-peasy
Very easy to use. I don’t have a proper steamer so I used a large Le Creuset Dutch oven with a wire rack in the bottom and a 9 inch cake pan. The dhokla came out perfect. For a proper rise, you have to work very quickly after adding the liquid ingredients to get the batter mixed, into the pan, and the pan into the steamer.

Very bad taste
Very bad taste. I was very excited when I ordered it but the taste is horrible. I had to throw them in the garbage.

Not received, received it today from a neighbor who received it by mistake
Item was not delivered . May be sent to some wrong address. This is really frustrating. Got it today from a neighbor. It is a good product.

Delicious
I love the product. It is so easy to make it gets done in like 10 minutes or less and it is delicious.

Not as fluffy as it should be!
It appears that even though the product has not expired, the bicarb in the product has lost its potency. I had to add extra sodium bicarb to make the dhokla fluffy.
