The lobster clips are a little too small for what I need. I don't see any "size" in the description, so that I can order slightly larger ones?

They are not big enough to handle keys we use them for key chain flags

Do the rings come already attached?

No they come separated in ziplocks. Rings in one ziplock, clasps in the other.
