Q: Can somebody who purchased this share how it sizes up next to another figure? 4.3 inches seems awful small

Because of his slender body proportions, he would be around 22cm or around 9" if he was standing up. He would be much taller than the usual 13cm (5-6") figures if he was standing up but with his size slouching in the chair, he would look better amongst them size wise even though he would actually be a bit taller than the 20" (7-8") figures if he would be standing up. The figure doesn't really look that small even though it is short from his tall frame slouching into a chair. We don't display our Inspector with the rest of our figures. We keep ours on our desk and he looks great there even if the cat steals his shoe all the time (it balances over his foot). I would recommend getting the Lupin figure of him slouching in an chair too if you really want to make sure to have an aesthetically pleasing match for display purposes. You are going to immediately wish you had that figure too once you get the inspector set up, I wish I did. The quality is great and nicely balanced weight, the chair is heavy and balanced right that even our cat doesn't knock him over slinking around where she isn't supposed to be.
