Yes it can cover the nose and mouth or just the mouth if you want or just around your neck, it has a Velcro closure so can be worn any way you want. Blocks wind really well.

I'm not 100% certain it is 'genuine' leather but it looks, feels and acts like it ! Highly satisfied with product, purchase and use !!!
