I’ve been taking a biotin supplement for a couple of years now but I remain unconvinced that they actually work. The others I’ve tried are double the strength of these ones too. They’re meant to be of benefit to hair, skin, and nails, though I personally can’t see any improvement in any of those areas on myself. Having said that, I’m definitely going to keep on taking them - just in case. This particular bottle supplies you with a couple of months worth of product, which works out pretty expensive per capsule compared with some of the others on the market.

Comes packed in a box and plastic container. Both good quality with largely easy to read print on them. Pretty big torpedo shaped pills but easy to swallow with water. I found the taste very bland and have noted no unpleasant after affects from taking these.

I’ve taken a few supplements, including occasionally Vitamin B, but not one based on biotin. This compares favourably with ordinary Vitamin B for price, and as it’s,naturally sourced it may well be better for your system. Also Vegan, though that’s not of interest to me. As you take only one a day, the pack is good value. I haven’t noticed much change in my skin yet (it would be a miracle if my hair grew back), but I hope I will see something soon. Good value.

A great supplements that keeps your hair and skin healthy! Smaller than other capsules so it’s easier to swallow - though it’s always possible to empty it into food or a smoothie!

I am really happy with this supplement for my skin, hair and nails. I appreciate the fact that it is clearly marked as being a vegan product with vegetarian capsule shells. The 60 capsules will last you two months as you take one daily. You get a decent dosage of 5000mcg. With an 18 month expiry date you have plenty of time to use. At just over a tenner it’s decent value for money too.
