RightRiceRisotto - Creamy Parmesan Style (6oz. Pack of 3) - Made from Vegetables - High Protein, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

This is so much easier to cook than "real" Risotto and it comes out just as creamy! I use to be a brown rice user but stopped to follow a somewhat "Keto" style low carb diet. While RightRice does have some carbs, they are the good kind from vegetables. I don't miss "real" rice at all but do eat it on occasion when I dine out. I am thoroughly satisfied with RightRice!

Just add boiling water and let sit of a minute. Great substitute for cauliflower rice and no wringing out the water. It tastes great and really eats like real rice. Will re-order.

We like the flavor; we are working on the texture. Is it the rice? Is it us? Who knows at this point. The first batches came out a little mushy. So we added egg, wrapped the risotto around chicken, herbs, sauteed red bell pepper, green onion, and Italian seasoning. Dipped the balls in beaten egg and rolled them in cauliflower crumbs and fried them in a shallow pan of oil. Delicious arancini! More experiments TK.

My husband and I love risotto but not the carbs or the time and effort involved in making it at home. When I heard about RightRice Risotto, I was intrigued by the lower carb count and easy prep so decided to give it a try. It really does come together in minutes and it’s every bit as delicious as restaurant risotto! The seasoning is included in the bag, so you don’t need to add anything other than water, and it tastes like it’s made with fresh basil and pesto. It’s thick, rich and decadent even though it’s made without fat or cheese. I don’t know how they do it, but RightRice Risotto is the real deal.

I much prefer the garlic flavor to these. It isn’t actually “creamy” just stodgy.

I first had Right Rice at a restaurant called Cava. This is amazing stuff. The garlic flavor is so good I can't stop eating it. My daughter cooks this stuff all the time. I have to be careful how often I fix it because I will eat the whole package and since it's made with beans that can be dangerous!
