I got this for my wife as she works from home. She’s a corporate big shot so I couldn’t cheap out on a basic camera. This delivers; sound and video in one package to keep her office minimalistic. The tracking feature is amazing as it helps focus on her during presentations. I’ve heard many of her co-workers ask her about the camera.This is an excellent and cheaper alternative to the Logite€ Meetup camera/speaker.

Item purchased as new, but the packaging indicated that box had been opened and resealed.

Purchased for work meetings from home. Figured I'd get a nice camera setup as I doubt I'll ever go back to a regular office setting. The sound leaves a little to be desired for the price point. This is due to the speaker only being on one side of the camera. after a couple of days I became a custom to it and don't notice it now. I do listen to music on it, while it's not a Bose speaker, it does the trick. Sounds great for work meeting from home. Camera is amazing, works great for Zoom and teams.

The audio is absolutely amazing. The video is really solid also and the auto pan feature follows me around if I move around the room a bit. In short, it’s fantastic.I wish I could customize and fix the zoom so I could get my background to look exactly the way I wanted. The camera is outstanding but not much better than the cheaper webcam I had before. The sound however is much better than the podcast mic and pop filter I had previously, which is impressive.

I appreciate the quality of the camera, mic, and speakers on this unit. HOWEVER, the mouNting bracket for to put the cam on top of a TV or monitor is GARBAGE. It's too small and the camera winds up precariously balancing on top of the TV, unsecured. It's like they think TVs are 4 inches wide these days...nope. It's the lamest bracket you could imagine for this camera.

I was so looking forward to this solving my poor video issues in my home office setup. Sadly, it failed miserably. The video quality, especially when slightly zoomed in, is terrible. I put it side by side to another PTZ product that I bought and the difference was night and day. And that's saying something as I'm not very satisfied with the PTZ picture quality either.The PC connector included is USB-C only which I would normally love, except the PC I needed to plug into did not have a USB-C port! No USB-A to USB-C adapter is included but luckily I had one that I could use. Still, at this price point, the lack of inclusion of a $3 part is shocking.In the end, back it goes as it was just not usable for me.

PROs1. Image tracking works ... ish.2. Audio fencing is very good.CONs1. Software is poorly organized2. Software is buggy: For instance, reports no network connectivity when every other app on my machine has no such problem3. Software is Intel only; uses Rosetta on Apple Silicon, which is odd for an app that is graphics intensive4. Software is not energy efficient, burning through 30-45% of a CPU even when not doing anything5. Only doc icon that does not respond to background color events ... sometimes the icon just disappears if the background is light6. Does not honor system color settings, for instance, for sliders and buttons.Feels like a Windows app that was quickly and poorly ported to Mac.

What I like: excellent picture quality with the ability to adjust the picture in Poly native app.; microphone and sound bar is also well built with sensors that help cancel out background noise for virtual meetings.What I don’t like: mounting of the sound bar is limited to placing the unit on top of a monitor. For a large unit like this, I would expect there would be other options to secure the unit.
