There are so many keto shake options out there but they are not all equal! Was keen to try this shake because it contains everything; the MCT, vitamins, minerals and of course collagen.The taste is really nice and I found it filling (I had it as a lunch replacement). The texture was good and it blended well. I normally have a shake 2-3 times a week so this large tub will last me about 3 months which makes it great value for money, will definitely repurchase!

Five stars for the texture, taste and make up of product. Superb nutrition and if you don't mind sweet sweet chocolate it's perfect. I actually temper mine with a teaspoon cacao powder and 1.5 teaspoon of maca powder and make it with cashew milk.but use a little extra to thin it a tad but that's not necessary. One of the best I've tried and I've moved from lighterlife and Cambridge to this. I've lost a stone in just iver a month. Inexpensive but not cheap. Will be ordering again soon and trying the salted caramel or vanilla for coffees and fruit pudding. Perfect.

I liked the value for money. I mixed this with coconut yogurt and variety of ingredients depending how I felt. Went ok with chia, Flax, blueberries, strawberries. It tasted nice. On its own with just water I found it too watery and not as nice. I used it for keto diet but have intolerance to quite a few things, gluten, lactose, Soya and I'm not sure what it was but there was something in this that gave me wind, so I've moved onto a different brand. That's just personal to me through, overall the product is good quality and value for money.

Had stomach ache and felt sick for hours after had just one scoop in a shake. I like sweet things but oh wow this is disgusting. It’s very expensive also and I cannot consume the rest of it no way as it’s not worth feeling sick for hours.It’s supposed to be healthy. £32 wasted sadly. Tried to return. No option to do so. Going back to other brands.

Incorporating this shake into my routine was seamless. The taste was great, and it provided a good balance of nutrients. I am on a keto diet trying to reverse type 2 diabetes, the plan requires a meal replacement for simplicity. I bought this product (and the vanilla ice cream version) hoping this would satisfy my need for something sweet, but with no carbs/sugars etc. The product is overwhelmingly sweet. I do wish these manufacturers would just say 'if you want sweetener, add it yourself' so that you aren't ingesting what are now proven to be mutagenic and toxic sugars, even stevia. This product gave me so much abdominal discomfort that within a few days I realised with horror that I had wasted a great deal of money - I have since emptied both tubs into a bin. They should make a version of 'absolutely no sugars - add to taste' so that people can decide which, if any, poisons they want to add to their body.

I really like it as it contains protein, collagen and other essential minerals which keeps me full for longer day. I feel less hungry and have more energy throughout the day. Vanilla flavour is so good i would buy again in future.

I like many others, believe this shake to be a great quality shake, but it’s far too sweet in its natural form.I personally buy the chocolate flavour, and it is extremely sweet, and borderline sickly sweet, even for someone like myself who has a very sweet tooth.However, I read a review on here that mentioned they added a teaspoon or so of cocoa powder, and that took away sum of the sweetness. As pure cocoa in its more natural form is actually quite bitter and unsweetened, I decided to give it a go.Well, I have to say I couldn’t have been given any better advice on taking away the sweetness, and improving the taste. I would 200%, never mind 100%, recommend others to try this, if they find the shake to be too sweet, in the chocolate flavour. It most definitely worked for me.I purchased here on Amazon, at a great price for another quality product -Nortembio Organic Cocoa Powder 400 g. 100% Natural Fat-Reduced Cocoa. Premium Quality.
