Im 4'11 will these be too long on me? i dont want to have to pull them over the knee obviously

I'm 5'3" and I have to pull them way over my knee.

What is the circumference of the band on these? It says 20" in the images but 10.3" in the product description.

Probably around 14. I’m wide calf so I cut the elastic out and strung ribbon inside and just tired them. They’ve worked for me for years.

How would it look or fit with a roller skate?

Amazing! And the elastic is strong enough to keep it up and out of the way of the skates. I love these, and when I wear them, I always get compliments.
