Peter Lamas Chinese Herbs Regenerating Scalp Serum, 1.7 fl oz

After freaking out at going through a long period of my long hair falling out at the roots, I learned it was called. Tellofen Effuvium. Whatever the name, I tried everything, as my scalp was also itching, but no one could find the cause. I spent so much money of hair and scalp serums, but they either had ingredients that gave me side effects or I didn't like they way they made my hair feel, etc. I tried at least 10 other highly recommended hair growth serums, not counting. Minoxidil or other Rx products, which I won't use. I wish this serum weren't so expensive, but I will keep paying for it. It is the only one I have found that makes my scalp feel amazing, isn't greasy, smells great, but mostly- I have new hair! No topical treatment can stop the progression of the condition I was suffering from- I believe my hair loss finally stopped on its own. But I needed to see if the hair would grow back around my front hairline, my neckline, and all over. I honestly have a TON of new hairs lower on my neck line, lower than I remember having hair before, and in front of my ears, I also have hair growing more forward and lower than before, plus my front hair line has filled back in!Besides the cost, I also am. It wild about the dropper applicator- it doesn't lent itself to practical application- maybe if you are only treating a few spots. I use this serum usually once a day- either morning or night. I love this product!

Nice product have used 2 bottles of it and not sure I saw any difference in my hair. I don't have a problem but it never hurts to keep your scalp healthy. To expensive for me to keep using.

It has helped a lot. The only odd thing, I have silver hair and it is coming in black (my previous color) in a certain spot. Will look great when it grows out completely.

Doesn't work. used this for 2 months w no results. Waste of money and how do they expect u to use twice a day w such a small amount in the bottle??! Smells great though.

I bought this because it was recommended for thinning hair in a "health" magazine. I used it for a couple of weeks as directed. My scalp tingled. It smelled nice. But, if anything, my hair looked thinner! Also, my scalp was reddened!

I Love this product.I have been using it for 4 years, and will use it many more.. For me, it works amazing...

This is a hard one to review. I started using it when I was losing a lot of hair. That was some years ago. While the hair loss stopped after I began using it (I don't remember how long after), that might have been because of other things such as other products I was also using and reduction of stress. So, I'm not sure how much, if at all, it had to do with stopping the hair loss. I stopped using it for about 6 months recently. Since my hair loss stopped some time ago, and I didn't see any increase in hair loss after not using the product (plus it's rather pricey!), I'm going to stop buying it once I'm out.
