The fabric ribbon looks cheap and is for fraying
This is a cute hate but does look a bit on the cheap side as the fabric ribbon only has pattern on one side and it’s fraying on the edges. The hat itself is not stiff but flexible.

Works for adults with small heads
I have always had a problem finding a hat that fits me. This hat does not look like a child's hat. The ribbon can be easily removed. I am going to change the ribbon so I don't run into the chance that a little girl will have the same hat on. The hat seems to be good quality. I don't know how long the tie will last, but that is not an issue for me.

I received the hat, but it is not as described. The bowknot doesn't have the polka dots. It is only black.
