Where can I buy replacement lids and straws?

Hello from Ello! Please email us at support@elloproducts.com for further assistance on replacement parts.

Does the lid screw on or push/pull?

Hello from Ello! The Beacon stainless tumbler has a splash-resistant slider that screws on and includes an optional straw.

Does this tumbler work with your ello stainless straws?

I am not sure, I do not have the stainless straws by Ello, but I do not see why not, the straw the cup comes with is pretty thick.

Is the coating on the ello tumblr a powder coating?

Hello from Ello! Yes, we use a powder coating on the outside of this particular tumbler.
