Perfectly adequate. It does the job it is meant to do.

My PT suggested I get this it has really helped with my trigger finger issues.

I broke 3 fingers on my right hand after a nasty fall and I’m currently in weekly physical therapy. My therapist recommended this product, specifically this ball which is an ideal size and made of silicone. You can heat it or chill it. I use it heated by simply wrapping it up for a few minutes in my microwaveable heating pad that’s already been warmed. I’ve never put it directly in the microwave to heat which you can but some complain that it breaks the ball down and makes it mushy. Some complain that the ball becomes sticky but that’s never been an issue for me. This red ball is the perfect resistance for my needs. I highly recommend.

Our family is neurodivergent and we use these because the size is great for our hands. It relieves stress and increases hand strength. This is considered the soft version. Over a very long time if you're using it daily it might start to change in texture.

It works but it’s smaller than I thought. Purchased item based on a recommendation by hand therapist. When I opened the box, ball was in a clear cellophane bag and it looked like it had mold on it and I didn’t want to touch it with my bare hands. Got a paper towel and wiped whatever was on it, off. Not sure if that did any good because now it was sticky. I didn’t have any baby powder so I used some baking soda. Works like a charm. If it gets tacky and it will then reapply baking soda or buy some baby powder. Overall it’s a good item to have if you want to continue doing future therapy for your hand especially after having surgery.

I wrecked my car several months back. Shattered my arm m, did some damage to my wrist and hand. While in my cast, my wrist and hand got extremely stiff and my arm and wrist both seized up. Once I was out of the cast and in physical therapy I got most of my movement back but once done I needed something extra. This little ball helped out so much. Typically my hand is so stiff I can’t make a fist in the mornings (yea my wreck messed me up). But using this a few days made a huge difference. It’s not too stiff but it definitely wore my hand and arm out faster than I expected. More than worth buying.

This hand exerciser/stress ball is very soft and comfortable to hold. It gets a bit sticky after a while but just rolling it in a little corn starch or flour takes care of this. It's the best one I've found so far. I am planning on ordering the extra-soft in addition, as the soft one is, while very nice, a bit too hard on occasion. As someone who gets very stressed out, this is the best stress ball I've found so far, although the serenelite is also nice. Theraflex is a good addition to have with this stress ball as well.

This is the worst product I have bought with that much amount. I bought smaller size but it doesn't have exchange policy at least I don't know what to do with that which is not useful..Don't buy this product.
