i got a B grade right, that means it has some scratches or dents, but boy way i surprised-no scratches on screen-it's still waterproof (but good battery, if they took it apart they did a damn good job)-it has one tiny dent in a corner that i covered by a case anywayit really is a very good condition phone, and for cheaper than the other Note20s on amazonand to cap it all off when i had a common samsung glitch (not their fault) they gave me a little money back for my troubles. these are great people, great repairmen and great customer support

Great refurbished mobile with 12 month guarantee. Much more environmentally friendly than buying a new phone.A minor scratch on screen but not noticeable when using the device. Great service.

A very good phone cosmetically.Unfortunately I am having to charge it two or three times per day!!The phone is overheating while in use or when charging.As a refurbished phone, perhaps the original battery has not been replaced?Sadly I am having to return the phone.

Great value excellent phone

I'm not sure what exactly constitutes 'refurbished', but what I had delivered to me was a non descript box containing the phone in a bubble wrap pouch, a new charger and a sim card removal tool.The phone had been factory reset and was clean.The screen on my device had a small barely visible scratch, which for £399, I was not willing to accept.The return process was painful at best.On reflection, it would be easier and likely cheaper to buy a 2nd hand phone via EBay/FB marketplace.

I purchased the Samsung Note 20, renewed. Item appears almost new there are the odd marks but for a 3 year old phone you can expect the odd mark. Screen perfect though and the phone works like a charm. Phone was dispatched quickly and received a day after ordering. It came in a plain box but well packaged and came with a brand new usbc cable. I would definitely buy a renewed phone again why spend more than you have too. Battery reports as normal so no issues there.
