I use this for all hub and frame bearing, I take the dirt shields off the bearings, clean the old grease out with WD-40, I use a drill and a rubber plug on the end of a fitting (size depends on bearing) to spin all the WD-40 / old grease out, wime with a towel, apply the liquid bearing and spin with the drill again, apply a bit more and put the dirt shields back on the bearings. Spin so much faster afterwards, amazing on wheel hubs or bottom brackets, made a huge difference on my high pivot idler bearing too
