This was never delivered. How can I get this delivered or a refund?

1st contact the vendor and if no response contact Amazon.

I am getting the printer cartridge error when I try to use this cartridge. I tried to reboot the printer and it is still not working.

If you are not getting actual Canon cartridges - example it might say compatible with Canon printers it is probably a refill. My printer would not use them. They are like the cartridges that originally came with the printer, and it recognizes that. You have to use ACTUAL Canon cartridges. I hope this helped.

I have never had a problem with the HP ink cartridges - they always seem to be fresh. Also - remember - Amazon is great when you have an issue with anything that you purchase from them!
