Warning ! This is a 100% SYNTHETIC "Sheep skin". It's just another Chinese scam. I received it today and immediately realized it was synthetic despite it is advertised as "Real" sheep skin, besides it arrived dirty and a little damaged.

I’ve bought 5 sheepskin pelts off Amazon—this is the best. (Softest and thickest). I got it in 2 colors. The reviewer who said this is a scam is either a competitor trying to draw attention away, or was accidentally shipped the wrong item… who knows. See my photo of the back. It’s 100% authentic. And no shedding or matting.I put the one labeled “brown” at the foot of a chaise to protect it from dirty feet. It’s a warm silver gray that matches my gray velvet sofa and my heather gray lap blanket. There’s NO purple or lavender hue in the one I received (hard to tell from the first photo).I draped an ivory one over an antique camel saddle that had seen better days. I had to cut out notches in the skin to get it to fit around the horns—the sheepskin leather was subtle and easy to cut.

This is a genuine sheepskin rug!! It's super soft and it came quickly in beautiful condition for an amazing value. I highly recommend this company if you want genuine sheepskin rugs.

I bought the 2x3 labeled brown. It’s not brown. It’s like a silvery taupe or almost purple. I really wanted brown. I’ll keep at as I used a gift certificate and it’s made nice. Wish they had a true brown.

So soft and pretty (mine’s pink!) Looks great draped over the back of a red chair so I can rest my head on the thick fleece. The cats like it too!

I am very happy with my purchase. The item came inside a bag and it did not smell. The texture is super soft and the lining is durable. It is easy to clean, I can vacuum it easily and it's comfortable! Highly recommended!
