These are great! I love always pads because they’re SO versatile. I’ve used other brands but always is awesome because they have a pad for everyone, and I’ve never worn an always pad that wasn’t absorbent and reliable. I can get small, big, short, long, wide, fragranced, non-fragranced, cotton, etc. I personally love these ones because I move around throughout my day to day, and a lot in my sleep. So the bigger size, soft cotton, and non-fragranced material on top of moving all day keeps me non-irritated and no leaks. I also personally LOVE how they fit to your body and how thin they are. I wear tight pants and leggings a lot and I love how the pad fits to the curve of my body, giving a more natural look rather than a diaper look lol. And the thinness REALLY helps, especially when wearing leggings lol. My experience with thicker pads in the past was not good when it came to the visibility of the pad, if you know what I mean lol. So overall, I love these and give them a 5/5.

Soft, comfortable and holds well during heavy days. I don't use anything other than these. At first I really liked their regular flexfoam, but when cotton came out, I had to try them. Doesn't feel as plastic-y as the other regular ones. Cotton is the way to go for me.

Love these pads. They are very absorbent, don’t show through clothes, good odor absorption, wish didn’t have wings but have to admit wings have served their purpose. Bought for someone suffering from HS, Hidradenitis suppurativa, so they wouldn’t have to tape paper towels to their body for leakage. Prefer the cotton version. Sometimes hard to find. However, all Always pads are great!

I love these pads. The cotton version is so much better. I have been using this from last 3-4 years now and highly recommend it. It doesn’t feel sticky at all and the discomfort level is considerably lower than other (plasticy) pads i have used all my life. The big size (5) feels so much safer.

It’s my first time trying this pad and I must say I am 100% impressed with the quality. It’s just perfect for any woman who has a heavy flow this is what you would use. It controls the blood very effectively that way it doesn’t leak.

All I can say is….these are leakproof at night when so many others gush all over the place. I don’t know how they designed the anti-leaking channels but I’ve been wearing pads for over a decade and I’ve never seen anything like them. My go-to staple for years!

I can't stand wearing pads but if I'm forced to, these are my best option. The cotton top is good for sensitive skin. I get a rash using the regular synthetic top pads.However, the cotton shreds quickly so the pads don't last as long regardless of how much blood flow is going. That's just the nature of a cotton pad top as opposed to a synthetic, so it's a tradeoff.I'm still glad these exist though.

Hard to find in groceries stores, I have 2 girls and even though they are small and medium build, they like the larger size. So we all use them. I like that it is cotton and not plastic. My girls use the reusable and it's nice to have a travel option.
