Hama 44747 Standard CD Double Jewel Case, pack of 10, transparent/black

These are a decent enough double-CD case. Not as heavy-duty as CD cases used to be as standard....but when are they any more? The general lowering in build quality of CD cases seems to be a consequence of the gradual decline of the format, but compared to some of the so-flimsy-they're-bendy rubbish I've seen these are not too bad.I would though offer one warning with these cases; be very careful when inserting a rear inlay. If you don't remove the black tray and instead simply flip it open to slide the inlay under, you may find that when you close the case a couple of raised sections on the rear-edge of the tray cut into the inlay's spine.I've found that removing the tray and dropping the inlay into place (then carefully clipping it back in) vastly reduces the chance of that happened. But you still need to be careful. Even with that method I've had a few cut into the inlay when I've opened the case fully...3 stars.

Perfect product for replacing your cracked double cases. I wanted to sell a load of valuable CDs and so used these to replace my old cracked ones. I've seen some reviews that these aren't good quality, but i would massively disagree with that - they are as good as any! The only downfall is, that if you order a few, the odd one may arrive cracked - but just let amazon know if this happens. It was quickly resolved when this happened to me

Replacement CD cases will Hold Two CDs and Their original sleeves. managed To replace Two damaged cases I had with These. overall Their alright a little bit fragile but if your simply just opening and shutting To remove The Disc's These will be fine . come in a pack of Ten I guess it's a case of paying your money and Taking a chance Two were cracked on mine. Though I only needed The Two replacements. They probably could have been a bit sturdier hence The four stars Though for The price on Them we really shouldn't be complaining here.

Quick delivery of a sadly inferior product. Seemingly well packaged but upon opening found top case badly cracked and unusable.Like similar reviews the cases are quite flimsy although for the price you can't grumble.There's obviously a problem that needs sorting but for future purchases I will be looking elsewhere.Sorry.and unusable. The cases were in a brown cardboard box, so there were two consequences. I could not be sure that they were Hama CD cases and they may not have been, however their quality seems comparable. As there was no cellophane or shrink-wrap, the panels of the CD cases at either end of the batch were scuffed, but it was possible to make one good CD case out those two. Disappointingly, there was one CD case in the middle of the batch of a different source; its tray was hinged on the right, which would have been acceptable except that it was noticeably scratched on the outside and so was obviously not new but reclaimed. Eight usable CD cases out of ten delivered must be par for the course.
