I use these Souper containers all the time, and they are absolutely brilliant. The portion size is just right — not too big, not too small — ideal for single servings or family meals. I’ve used them for soup, chilli, stew, and bolognese etc and they work perfectly for every one. They seal tightly so nothing spills, and portions are so easy to remove straight from the cube when frozen, which is really handy. Whether I’m freezing leftovers or batch cooking, these are my go-to every time. Great quality, practical, and exactly what I need. I wouldn’t be without them — highly recommended!

Love these for batch cooking! One block is a good portion of any sauce based dish (curry, pasta sauce etc.). Easy to fill, and while a bit bulky, it’s easy to transfer frozen blocks to a ziplock bag for storing in bulk. Portions usually freeze overnight. The item feels really high quality and has held up well. It has been fine in the dishwasher so clean up is easy.

Well made. Easy to use and easy to get the food out when frozen.. feel like these will last . Like the mental ring in the top to use to get the food out. Helps things cool quickly. I’ve used to many different types of meals and no staining. I put mine in the dishwasher with no noted problems. Capacity appear accurate to level indicators. While they are more pricey than others I like them so much I have bought other sizes available and would not go back. I can’t wait for the stoneware for these to become available in the uk.

I cannot recommend these highly enough. I live by myself and work shifts. I can meal prep and just pop into the freezer. Then when I want to eat them I just pop one out and into the microwave. Dinner ready in about 10 minutes! I already planning to buy more. My only objection is they are a bit expensive so I can't afford too many.

Absolutely love these trays, they are a game changer for meal prep. Easy to use and clean and good quality. I thought that they seemed quite expensive compared to just using a large silicone baking tray, but the solid part of the tray means that they hold their shape when carrying them and they can be stacked on top of each other. I have run them through the dishwasher and they have held up well. They can also be used in the oven, which is great for making small portions of cakes and bakes.

Excellent product although a bit expensive. It was worth it though. Each portion I would say is good for 2 person (one if you eat a lot). Managed to freeze decent amount of food. Even rice. Whatever I wanted. It is also easy to clean and remove. I was worried at first it will stain if you placed particular food but looks brand new and bought/used it for a couple months now.

I don’t like to waste any food but struggle with having the same leftovers day after day. Using this tray allows me to freeze individual portions and eat a different meal every day. This size is perfect for full meals like a pasta dish, but a bit big for components such as a curry or sauce. I tend to half fill for those but keen to try the size down. Highly recommend buying this brand over imitation versions - they are so much sturdier.

I only cook for myself now but have been used to cooking for my whole family. This product means I don’t go mad having to eat the same meal 4 days in a week or wasting any of it. I’ve been using this for nearly 2 months now and have talked about it so much my 3 of my friends have bought them and are so happy with them. The fact you can cook with them as well freeze is incredibly useful especially if you’re short of space. The different sizes are great for different meal sizes and ingredients. All in all I can’t recommend soupercubes enough as they’re durable and easy to use.

Great product that has really helped me out with meal prepping. I find this size to be perfect for single servings of soup and means I can make a batch of 8 servings at a time for freezing. Once the soup is frozen solid I can pop the cubes out (which is really easy thanks to the silicon) and store in a freezer bag so that the trays can be used again. This is also useful as the trays take up quite a bit of space in the freezer.

Perfect for freezing soups and stews in 1/2 cup or 1 cup serving sizes. Easy to remove soup cubes once frozen. Washes up easily. Definitely recommend this product for any batch cooking.

I've been looking for containers for meal prepping and this is definitely ingenius. I've started meal prepping since I got sick to prepare meals in advance in preparation for treatment. This has been a time saver and an organized way of storing food. Highly recommended. I'll buy the other sizes.

These Souper cubes are brilliant. I've tried several other makes, which were difficult to hold when they were full of food, especially if it was a bit runny. These have a reinforced rim aound the top, which keeps the tray rigid when you pick it up. The markings inside are clear and after the food is frozen, it pops out so easily. Also, you get a really tight fitting lid with a flap to make it easy to lift off. They are very easy to clean. Full marks for these, I've alrealy ordered more in the different sizes. More expensive than some other brands but worth every penny. Cherry McSharry

Warum gekauft? Ich wollte weg von fertigen Gläsern und Fertiggerichten aus dem Supermarkt und stattdessen eigene Gerichte auf Vorrat vorkochen. Das erledige ich entspannt am Wochenende ganz in Ruhe mit einem Hörbuch auf den Ohren. Ich friere darin regelmäßig Bolognese, Geschnetzeltes, Currys und Co. portionsweise ein. Im Homeoffice muss es mittags schnell gehen: Nudeln, Reis oder etwas Gemüse in die Pfanne, den gefrorenen Block kurz in der Mikrowelle angetaut, drüber, kurz in der Pfanne durchgeschwenkt – fertig. So habe ich beinahe jeden Tag gutes, ehrliches und selbstgekochtes Essen. Vorteile: - Ideale Portionsgröße: Die 250-ml-Fächer sind genau richtig für eine vollwertige Einzelportion Sauce oder Eintopf. - Müheloses Entnehmen: Dank des flexiblen Silikons lassen sich die gefrorenen Blöcke problemlos herausdrücken. - Formstabil: Durch den verstärkten Rand schwappt beim Einfüllen und Reinstellen in den Gefrierschrank absolut nichts über. - Sauber & stapelbar: Der Deckel schützt zuverlässig vor Gefrierbrand und hält die Formen im Tiefkühler ordentlich stapelbar. - Ofenfest: Ich habe darin sogar schon Mini-Kuchen gebacken – die Formen halten problemlos bis zu 210 °C aus. - Spülmaschinengeeignet: Dreckig? Einfach ab in die Spülmaschine, fertig. Nachteile: - Bislang absolut keine – erfüllt den Zweck einwandfrei. Fazit: Die Souper Cubes sind das ultimative Tool für unkompliziertes Meal-Prep. Sobald alles durchgefroren ist, ploppe ich die Blöcke einfach heraus und packe sie platzsparend in Gefrierbeutel – so ist die Form sofort wieder frei für die nächste Runde. Spart enorm viel Zeit in der Mittagspause, ohne Abstriche bei der Qualität des Essens zu machen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
