I love those ice packs slippers. I used them daily.

These are great because if you have a foot injury you can leave one in the fridge/freezer and the other put8n he microwave and alternate the heat/cold method.

Finally gave it a try, love it, feels good, feet are not wet, great for after a long walk and feet are hot.

These work so good for my burning feet, the cold in these really lasts compared to other ice packs.

These slippers were a gift for my sister who has "burning feet". She uses them frozen and finds good relief. I use mine heated to help with stiffness and pain and also find relief. The inner gel slides around so it is not safe to WALK in these, but they work great while sitting or laying down. Someone suggested rolling up socks in them prior to freezing so they freeze with room for your feet and that is a tip I would also recommend. Wish they came in purple!
