Still early to know if they work. But being real I feel less tired since started with these. Slight metalic taste as all the iron supplements but being honest the lollipop taste helps it out. I love that they're sugar free too

These are great, and they really do work. I’ve always had low iron and never got on with tablets or liquid. No stomach or stool issues. These gummies are a godsend. Have been taking since Jan. My ferritin was 9 (Nov 25) recently had it checked again and it’s 25 (April 26). Feeling better. Will continue with these. Take morning before food!

I've been dealing with iron deficiency problems for years and have always struggled with prescribed or over-the-counter solutions causing me tummy problems. I bought these as I don't tolerate tablet forms and these offer a modest boost of 5mg while being affordable. I take one after dinner alongside a 2.5mg iron gummy from a different brand + my evening dose of magnesium. So far, I've had no tummy aches or nausea issues so I'm pleased with that! My only issue is that the bottles I got are very sticky?? I'm not sure if that's usual, but it means I can't dose them out the way I prefer because I don't want the stickiness getting on my things. It's also not the most delicious tasting gummy supplement in the world but iron can be hard to mask the taste of so I just try to chew and swallow quickly! I'm not sure if I'll be rebuying once finished but they do the job for now

Really tasty gummies with a nice texture- kind of hard not to eat more than the recommended dose because they're yummy. HOWEVER, I knocked stars off because I believe it needs a stronger warning on the packaging about how harmful an overdose of iron can be for children ESPECIALLY because they look and taste like sweets! (And the packaging says they are suitable to give to children as young as 4) I know supplements are barely regulated anyway but on other reputable brands of supplements which contain iron they make it clear on the label that "iron-containing products are a LEADING cause of FATAL poisoning in children under 6." Other brands also give advice on their labels about calling a physician or poison control centre immediately if an accidental overdose occurs. Please do the bare minimum to be responsible with your labelling and include a stronger, clearer warning. Currently the label states to keep out of reach of children because they "MAY be harmful to.. children" whilst also saying that they are perfectly suitable for children aged 4?! How can these be given to a child whilst at the same time saying they need to be kept out of reach?? Very confusing and potentially dangerous messaging.

I like these gummies, nice taste. My hair was falling out (aged 50) but after about wk or 2 on these gummies....my hair stopped coming out! So pleased.

They are not all the same size and they taste terrible. How do you know they are the same dose if they are not the same size?
