Thomas Nelson Kjv, Thinline Bible, Giant Print, Premier Goatskin: Holy Bible, King James Version

This is without a doubt the best KJV Bible that I own, and I own a lot of high priced hand made Bibles. The 1st one I got yesterday was damaged, but I immediately returned it, and received my flawless replacement today. The comfort font is amazing, and is extremely easy to read. Also, just holding this Bible in your hand is very comfortable, and it's not heavy for the size. I highly recommend this Bible. You won't need another any time soon.

I decided to buy this bible as previously have been using the Concord wide margin reference bible by Cambridge which is really heavy and large, so decided to get a thinline for a different reading experience. It is amazingly thin and light(er) with the same soft leather covers. It is rather tall, taller than the Concord wide margin reference bible by about 3 cm but with the large print I suppose it had to be. Well pleased with this bible, and I like the sub headings, which makes it quick and easy to find the verses you are looking for. Font is really beautiful and large and makes an enjoyable reading experience.

When I bought this KJV Bible, I had a light fear getting it because it said that it was, "Comfort print" because the last comfort print bible the bought was too small. Of course the size of the Bible makes the difference. I really like that it is the text of scripture and not a lot of reference notes, or what "others" thought the text meant. I have three sets of Bible commentaries to help me with that. And the price of $98 dollars was just right considering other publishers were selling goatskin leather or calfskin leather covers in the area of two hundred and three hundred dollars. Anyone with poor eyesight will like this Bible.My only complaint was the cardboard box it was mailed in was lightly damaged, but the Bible, because it was in a second box, inside a protective cover with a seal on it was spared and damage. I also wish it had only come with one Satin ribbon instead of three.Again, other than that, this was a great purchase.

i just got this bible in the mail which was a replacement for the copy of it that i originally got which was damaged. thankfully, after carefully combing through it, i can confirm that there is No damage in it. now, i can truly sit and enjoy reading my KJV Thinline without having to wonder if i'm going to find something wrong with any of the pages. one thing i did find strange ( not bad, just strange ) is that my bible had an extra blank sheet in it, almost like they put an extra end sheet in it but, never actually attached it or something. i don't know. all i do know is that the bible is in the pristine condition that it should be and i'm very happy with that. the 12 point print is Definitely easy and very enjoyable to read. the Goatskin leather cover is very, very soft and comfortable to hold. it certainly is a big bible but, that's totally fine with me. i really love a big, hefty bible with giant print. that's just me though. i would definitely recommend this bible to any KJV fans out there But, i highly recommend that when you get the box in the mail to carefully open it in case you need to return it for any reason ( hopefully you won't need to but, still...). any time i get a new bible, i will sit down and go page by page through the whole thing and carefully inspect every page to make sure there is no defects or damages in/with it. i'm grateful that Amazon was so willing to quickly replace this bible with a new one and that the replacement copy turned out as perfect as it did. Now, i can take my KJV bible with me to church tomorrow and happily enjoy reading it.
