This is a really nice set. They’re very easy to move and take up no room whatsoever. There’s nothing to put together. It’s all done for you. Take them out of the box and you’re good to go.

Zero complaints here. Super fast to change weights, the metal handles give you a great non-slip grip, and they take up almost no space in the corner of my living room. They feel solid, don't rattle while you're lifting, and the warranty makes these a great purchase. Highly recommend!

I'm pretty happy with these, but I want to put my one big complaint up first: These are not balanced. There is a side that prefers to be up and you will want to adjust them in your hands to account for this before beginning a set. This is pretty annoying for me personally, but the rest is good enough that I am still willing to give them 4 stars. The adjustment is easy to use as long as you have good lighting on where you put the tray. You'll want to be able to clearly see the unused weights when setting the dumbbells down in them. There is no noticeable wiggling of the weight segments during workouts which is great. They feel sturdy and easy to configure and use. There is enough texture on the handles that even with sweaty hands I don't have any issues turning the handles to adjust the weight setting. I really wish they were balanced better though. If price is not a concern for you I recommend looking for a set with better balance. Otherwise these are great for the price.

They're great. The adjustment is super easy; and despite having plastic bits on the outside, you can clearly see that the metal bar goes all the way through (which is what made me decide to pick this set over others that have plastic bars). The adjustment knob clicks securely into place, and the set comes with a nice poster of many various exercises you can do with your new dumbells. These seem very durable, and I don't foresee any issues. From 5-25 lbs each they're exactly what I wanted: an affordable pair of adjustable dumbells that will grow along with me as I get stronger.

I just received my Lifepro Adjustable Dumbbells and I must say "they're great!" I like the non-slip grips which make them easy and comfortable to control. I also enjoy how instantly I can change the weight during a set to do more reps.

Bought these for my daughter and me as we are on a muscle building journey and they are really awesome so far. They are easy to use and don’t take up a lot of space. No assembly is required which is a real bonus. Definitely worth the money.

EDIT: I liked these enough to buy a second set, but this time opted to try a used one fulfilled by Amazon. They were listed as very good condition. The box was pretty thrashed, but the weights looked good. One side of a dumbbell refused to be adjusted, and I noticed there was a loose screw in the bottom of the tray. I screwed it back in and that non-operational side worked perfectly afterwards. The original set I bought have been problem free and are still awesome. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The build quality on these adjustable weights seems solid, and the locking mechanism seems much smarter than some that work by twisting the handle. I also appreciate how they are adjustable in 2.5 lb increments rather than 5 lb. Yes, they'll top out at a lower weight, but it's totally suitable at this time for me, plus allows for other members of the household to exercise at their own levels of ability.

Received my Lifepro Powerflow Plus dumbbells. Very impressed with the quality of the dumbbells. They were easy to set up and with the sliding of the pin, a breeze to make the weight adjustment. This is a very good product for the money.

They're perfect when you only have a small space. I am glad I invested on this. I love how you can change from one weight to the other, very easy. The plates themselves are solid and have had no issues with them. So far they have been great. I'm glad to say they are 100% worth the money.

Very fast to change weights. It seems safe to use and comes with hady exercise guide.

I waited almost impatiently for these to arrive... when they finally did, they were worth the wait - these are exceptional quality, easy to use and have elevated my strength goals all while fitting into my apartment perfectly. Only niggle is that my husband has his eyes on them too so I need to learn to share... Highly recommend - worth their weight in gold! Also - comes with a lifetime warranty, very impressed!
