Best Foot Care Tool I’ve Ever Used! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this electric foot file. I’ve tried EVERYTHING over the years—foot peels, scrubs, pumice stones, those cheese-grater-type foot files, and even 40% urea cream—and absolutely nothing has worked like this. I live in Hawaii and go barefoot a lot. I originally thought walking on the sand would naturally exfoliate my feet, but I discovered the opposite can happen. Between the sand and salt water, my heels would get incredibly dry and cracked, and dirt would get deep into the cracks which could be painful as well. They looked awful, felt rough, and would even snag on things including my sheets at night. It was embarrassing and incredibly frustrating. This electric foot file completely changed everything. My heels are now BABY SOFT. The cracks are gone, the discoloration is gone, and my feet look and feel better than they have in years. I genuinely didn’t think I could ever get them this smooth again. If you struggle with dry, cracked, rough heels, GET THIS. Seriously. I wish I had found it years ago. Hands down the best foot-care tool I’ve ever used! PS, yes this is a 100% real review and I was not paid or asked to do this in any way. Oh yes, and it lasts long enough to do both feet although it did take several times of doing it before my feet felt smooth, I didn’t want to take off too much skin all at once. It looks like a white powder so I do it outside. I wish I had before pictures to share, but you’ll just have to trust me that they were really really bad.

The Own Harmony Smart Pedi Kit CR 2100 did a great job on my feet and I’m very satisfied with the results. The device feels solid and comfortable in the hand, and the motor is strong enough to smooth thick calluses without a lot of pressure or effort. After using it, my heels and balls of my feet felt noticeably smoother and looked much better than they do with a manual file. The different roller heads and speed options make it easy to customize how aggressive the treatment is, which helped me work on tougher areas while still being gentle on more sensitive spots. I also appreciated that the device was easy to clean and recharge, so it’s convenient to use regularly. Overall, this kit exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend the CR 2100 to anyone looking for an effective at‑home callus remover.

The backs of my heels started drying and cracking bad. I stuck to carpet walking. Drove me nuts. The coarse sanding disk worked best on my heels. The vacuum works but if you turn the unit upside down, the skin falls out through the disk area. Vacuumed skin is not contained in a separate area, so I vacuumed the unit with my regular vacuum. The instructions say to charge fully before using. I maybe used the unit 20min at a time. 10min per heel. The charge lasted and stayed strong throughout. The next day, the charge was drained and I had to charge it again before using.

I LOVE this thing! I have really bad calluses on my feet and I get pedis every 2 weeks. I've had them for decades. This thing is a game changer. It gets rid of the calluses, trust me. It a gradual process so trust it. Highly recommend

Update: After using this a handful of times, it quit holding charge and literally stops working numerous times while trying to use it. I keep it charging for hours and it might last five minutes once I take it off charge and turn it on. NOT WORTH IT...buy something better! This little gadget is awesome for smoothing dead skin from your heels and making them really soft. I wear sandals all the time, and as such, my feet stay dry and I feel like I am in constant need of a pedicure. This keeps me from having to spend a fortune at the spa! Love that it has different heads and speeds.

I used it immediately after receiving product and it worked well at removing callus. I put it in our drawer for two months since I did not need it again. I pulled it back out to use again, but it would not operate. Thinking it had lost its charge, I plugged it in for three hours. However, I could not get it to turn on and operate. Since I am beyond Amazon’s thirty day return window, I wrote an email to the manufacturer for a replacement. It is a holiday weekend, so I will wait until next week for a response.

I bought the CR2100. It's was the greatest purchase I've ever made to take away the calluses from my feet. With in mins I was able to walk with much less pain then before. Unfortunately the device I got stopped working shortly after purchasing it. When I tell you that after contacting the company I felt like I was in a time warp to the past when the companies used to believe in that saying "the customer is always right" and there was always a high level of respect and support over your issues. Well that is exactly what I got from Own Harmony. I was replied to quickly. I was not treated as if I had done something wrong, and I was swiftly sent a replacement product with the companies sincere apologies. I truly believe the device issue to be a fluke and I am happy to use my new file which I received promptly in two days after they said they were shipping it. Just amazing company. Will gladly be a customer for many more years.

I am so pleased with this product. I've tried other brands that haven't worked for me. I started with this brand quite a few years ago,and was amazed at how well and easy it was to keep my feet " groomed". I wore the first one out,with my troubled feet. And when I purchased a new one it broke. I was so disappointed. I purchased another one from this company,but of a different model. Do you know that this company reached out to me when they heard about my second purchase being defective? They reached out to Me. I couldn't believe it! Long story short....they replaced the one that went bad, apologized that I had a problem with it and immediately sent me a brand new one. I had purchased quite a few refill rollers ,and they were going to go to waste.but not with this company. They stand by the quality of their product. I love this product and highly recommend it. It just works! And I would have given the same high marks,even without the replacement. Cause it works! Hard to find these days.......a product that works so well and a company that cares enough to back it up. God Bless the United States of America!!!

The product is amazing. It has changed my life completely. My foots are having too much dry skin. It always required to do pedicure and apply antiseptic creams to make the soft and the redness and cracks to heel. Always used to clean the foots with a scruber. And when i dont have time to do all this , the foots were getting peels and cracks used to become big and bleeded. But now no problem. This callus remover is removing all the dry skin in very less time. The skin is becoming smooth and very clean. Thank you for making this product.
