I purchased these because the app that is compatible with the PETLIBRO automatic cat feeder states that it keeps food fresh. It sends a reminder that you need replacements every 13-14 days to help with moisture prevention and mold etc. I honestly don’t think they make a difference at all. I accidentally forgot to change one for like a week past its date and my cat’s food was fine. I hope this isn’t just a way to get more money out of customers. Probably won’t purchase again. You only get like 6 refills so to me that’s a bit pricey to continually have to repurchase.

When you first buy your PETLIBRO automatic pet feeder or any other pet feeder that requires this type of desiccant bag the feeder comes with a different type of desiccant bag for temporary use. So when I was ready to replace the bag I had no reference or guidance on which way the bag goes. The bag has two sides. The PETLIBRO products are made well. 100% from their water fountains to their dry/wet feeders the problem is the lack of instructions. When left to chance and you do use common sense things go wrong. The products work so well they require specific ways of connecting them to replacing their filters otherwise they don’t work like they are suppose to. If it weren’t for a you tube video on which way the water filter goes installed I would not know. Unfortunately I could not find any assurance on line or through Amazon for how and which way these bags go installed. I was left to communicate to the product manufacturer directly. Heads up they are friendly but require so much information for one questions. They don’t assist you without sales receipt, model number, machine SN and picture of the bottom or side of your device. They require it each time you reach out as they don’t save your info like other warranties.

These are just food desiccant bags, and they’re consumables that get used up quickly. I really don’t understand why they’re so expensive. The problem is, I haven’t noticed any difference or special quality compared with other desiccant bags.

Box says "for all petlibro feeders" and this is NOT true. It does NOT fit in the Petlibro One feeder. I could not find anywhere to get the smaller satchets like the single one that comes with the Petlibro One, so I ordered this. This version is even what's suggested as a subscription on their own website. It does not fit!! The little door on the desiccant holder does not close and I don't want to leave this just literally sitting on top of the cat food because that's what would happen.

What they don’t tell you is you can rejuvenate these yourself by heating them in an oven less than 350 degrees so you don’t have to pay the huge price of using two a month. So I expect my pack of 4 may last a year or more with rotation and rejuvenation.

Doesn’t do anything. Waste of money.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Another customer mentioned they found a generic desiccant package that came with the feeder. Mines did as well. What is the point in creating a product meant for the feeder but not use it? Makes me think you don't stand by your product and you're just trying to find more ways to overcharge customers.

These are pretty useless if the product stoyre working and they never respond to your warranty replacement request

I had initially thought that this was 6 packs of 4 each. But it's just 6 items in the pack for almost £20. I doubt that this costs more than 20p to manufacture. And they want you to replace them every 2 weeks!
