I haven’t had any issues with this program. I can’t stand every year playing the what software to get routine. This solved that. Does it catch as much as other more expensive options. Yes and no. Tests I’ve seen pretty much put it in the ballpark of its brethren. I have other programs that compliment where this is weaker so it was a no brainer for me.

This product took control of my pc. I could not go to web sites when I opened my browser. Maybe it was me but I have never had that problem before. I called the phone number listed and was told that I was out of the call area for that number. What? Then I did the chat and was told that it would cost me a dollar to assist me, but I would get the dollar back after the chat. What? I immediately uninstalled this product and will be returning it for my money back. It could have just been me, but I would like to speak with a help desk when I have a problem.

4/3/23 - Physical Delivery - It was easy to install on my laptop. But, for our Android phones, which are Galaxy S22 Plus phones, it takes a lot of time and it's a lot more complicated trying to get it set up and to work. After 2 hours and 5 scans - When you open the app - Still getting message "Your Device Is Not Secure" Even thou the app scans the phone and tells you no malware detected..Been trying to call for support, but even after 4 hours of trying, the line is always Bussy ! That's why I gave a 1 Star rating for now. Up Date 4-12-23 Still no support!

Product is totally useless. I could not get it to install. It was a waste of time and money.

It wasn't easy to install off the card , you have to have some computer knowledge also in order to get it stall right

Absolute value foroney!

It was mentioned Lifetime Validity in the description. But after installed in my android device, it is showing three years validity only. If you don't want for five devices, better to go for three year validity pack directly. Seller should mention the actual validity instead of cheating the customers like this.
