Solid 100W 64000mAh Power Bank
This 100W / 64K mAh PowerBank by Krisdonia is well-made, solid feeling device. Out of the box it does take several hours to charge up to 100% but this is expected given the large capacity. A typical SmartPhone takes a couple of hours to fully charge, so 8 hours for this PowerBank is reasonable. Once fully charged there is plenty of power to charge my Lenovo ThinkPad as well as several other devices simultaneously. There is a 12V-DC outlet and a 16/20/24V DC outlet for different devices. Plus there are 14 different connectors provided to match port inputs on the target devices. I feel the 64000 mAh capacity is quite sufficient while on travel. I also appreciate the Mac, the lightening, and the USB cables as well as the accessories included. I wish the case provided was just a couple of inches bigger to make storing all the cables and accessories easy. As is, everything has to he stuffed in very tightly.

Wide variety of uses
Reading other reviews, I had some concerns. For me this has been a very solid power supply. I use it as a test supply for various projects because it is portable, has the power for nearly anything that doesn't absolutely need AC power. As a Ham Radio Enthusiast, the DC-out barrel connectors have been great, 12V directly powers all receivers, and I've used this with several QRP rigs never worrying about running it down. Today, I powered a Starlink Mini directly with a barrel adapter off of the 24V port to set it up-no issues. I have had no anomalies with it's operation, there's some quirks to the single-button operation, but repeatedly responds to correct and timely selections. I've used it as a 'UPS', leaving the input power while using various loads, works fine. The USB-C PD works as it should, with no noise on radio receivers powered by the unit. I haven't felt that the battery has any less capacity than when new and it does not discharge while powered off; in a few multi-week long times of non-use. For my uses it works as advertised. Owned and used for over a year and a half.

EDIT! after 2 years, a defect emerged!
Long story made short, this product is excellent! I have tested the device and its dc to dc converter is about 96% efficient! No complaint here at all. The charge indicator is not perfectly accurate, but no charge indicator is. This unit outputs 120 watts steadily for an hour and forty-seven minutes! Better efficiency than I was expecting. It recharges very well from a pd charger and I have had no issues. Given the battery's chemistry, I would expect a life span of around 300 charge-discharge cycles. I have not cracked the battery open to see exactly what kind of cells it uses, but on the surface, everything is on the up and up. This battery is certainly worth the price tag! EDIT!! In December of 2022, the battery began having an issue which I posted a short video about. The display is supposed to turn off when the power button is held down for 3 seconds. The display has been spontaneously turning itself back on within about 3-5 seconds of being turned off. This causes the battery to drain itself from 100% down to 1% in roughly 3 days. This kind of full disharging and (presuming you continue to keep it charged) recharging will significantly reduce the lifespan of the battery pack. This may be a glitch related to the battery pack's volatile memory. Allowing the battery to self-discharge enough to power down the display will clear out the volatile memory in the microcontroller that governs the battery pack's behavior. IF, and this is a big if, you can manage to time things perfectly, it might be possible to recover the battery by recharging it by the dc input once the pack has discharged enough for the display to remain off for at least 5 minutes. If this can be done, the volatile memory should be cleared from loss of power and recharging it will restore power, giving the unit a clear memory to work with. If the cause of this defect is an error which occurs in the volatile memory, the display should resume proper operation! I will try this and post results. EDIT! I was able to recover the battery pack via the method I mentioned above. I used an led desk light to discharge the battery until the display could not remain powered. At this stage, the display was flashing on and off. I allowed it to self-discharge over night. In the morning, the display was off due to low voltage. I plugged in the dc charger and the battery came back online! I allowed the battery to charge to 100% and the error was cleared!

Does not work at all.
Does not work. After 6 hours on a wall charger the lithium battery pack has no charge. The instructions are minimal in explanation of operation - why? printed words can't be that expensive. The LED monitor shows (as the single button is pressed and held 2 seconds): charging 100% 19v / not charging 100% 20 v / charging 1% 19v. When taken off the wall charger the batter pack is dead.

Heavy and powerful
This is a solid charger. It takes anywhere between 6-8 hours for a full charge but you get a lot of juice out of it. Handy for all-day use with charging phones / tablets / USB devices. I like that it can run my 24v gear! Powered an entire small music setup with it today. Comes with adapters for most any laptop or device, along with MagSafe. Recommended! Update: we recently lost power for a week and this pack was able to provide us bright USB powered light the entire time. And charge multiple phones and tablets. Amazing.

Good capacity, voltage and connector options
I'm using it an a battery time extender for a Dell laptop. It came with plenty of connector options for all kinds of devices. It has quite a few voltage options and enough amperage to power the laptop. The cord material is inflexible and very stiff in cold weather. I think rubber cords would have been much better. Price is a bit high.
