How well does this product work

Works well... scrubs the surface a bit more than just the water pressure.. I used it on a stamped concrete patio and worked well before re-sealing

will this work on 1800psi, 1.4gpm electric pressure washer with quick disconnect wand?

Hello from Karcher! It will connect to the machine, but it is designed for higher PSI units such as our gas machines. Please consider our 11 inch surface cleaner designed for electric pressure washers up to 2000 PSI. Thanks for a great question, Karl from the Customer Care Team

Is it true that there is no warranty unless you purchase or own a Karcher pressure washer? What is the warranty on this product?

You are correct. No Karcher pressure washer, no warranty. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. The cleaner attachment was defective coming out of the box, and the manufacturer refused to send a replacement because I did not own a Karcher pressure washer. I am not sure this is legal in the U.S., but apparently Karcher is a Canadian company and is able to get away with this. Amazon refused to intervene on my behalf.
