I didn’t think there was much difference between regular cocoa powder and Dutch processed cocoa powder until I purchased this product. It offers a much deeper and richer taste. In fact, if you use the same amount of this product as your regular brand, it will almost be too chocolaty (if that’s possible). Well worth buying to elevate your baked goods or candy making.

Great for makng ice cream. I dont really even like chocolate ice cream, but this makes such a great chocolate, that's its now my favorite ice cream!

Tastes great. I add to coffee for at-home mocha flavor without all the chemicals, surprise dairy, and sugar, saving money to boot (since it's made at home). I add stevia drops to my beverage on the occasion I want it sweet (I use 4 liquid drops, which hit the spot!). My reason for a one star lowering is the bag: I can't remember if my bag seal broke, had too much build up of powder to securely close, if there was a hole in the bag, or whatever else, but I found cocoa was getting everywhere, even in places I stored it, i.e I never opened or closed the product in its storage areas, but powder would get into those enclosed areas somehow. To save yourself potential headache, I recommend carefully migrating the product (in an area you don't mind getting powder around) to a container that snaps down the sides after placing the cover on top. A regular pushdown top closure (that snaps by you pressing the lid on the container) might push powder up in the air, getting all over you and surrounding items; I don't recommend using that type of container. Even with side snap-ons, always be gentle/mindful of top closure speed when placing on the container. Tortoises win this race, not hares. Otherwise, enjoy :-) This is a good product.

This is a quality cocoa and tastes great when used in recipes.

Recently when I was trying to create a substitute for my favorite - discontinued - Mocha Latte drink, I found out the hard way that regular cocoa is nearly impossible to mix up in liquid. They I read that "dutch" cocoa is much easier - and they're right!! This cocoa from NuNaturals mixed up so much more easily. And vegan.
