My favorite casual/workout/hiking/activity pants
These are great. Pros: They are comfortable, perfect fit for me, and they look great. I use them all the time over my other pants, especially for Summer time. They are thin enough to breath well and therefore for Summer are excellent, and they have the zipper pockets. They also seem durable, as I've used them outside many times and kneeling, even (carefully though) on cement while doing something outside in the yard, garage, etc. So, yeah, durable and nice looking, and comfortable! Small con: The only thing that bugs me is the edge of the zipper on the 2 side/hip pockets. The flap seems to be on the wrong side, as another review I mentioned, but I can see , also how that can help a little bit to keep things from fully slipping out of the pockets if you're sitting down. Maybe that's the reason? Otherwise, they make it a little more cumbersome to get things in and out of the pockets and work with the zipper. Not a dealbreaker though by any means, and no reason to dock the overall 5 star rating either. I highly recommend them, even though it's certainly dependent on each person's taste and results, and occasional flaws in manufacturing, of course...so, some may have a less ideal experience and result than mine. I will be planning to get another pair of probably another color.

they worked perfectly!
I bought these moisture-wicking pants for my husband to wear on our trip to Disneyland in Florida, knowing the humidity would be intense. And let me tell you—they worked perfectly! From morning rope drop to late-night fireworks, these pants kept him cool and comfortable all day. The breathable fabric helped wick away sweat, preventing that sticky, uncomfortable feeling that Florida heat can bring. Plus, the fit was great—not too tight, not too loose, just the right balance of flexibility and structure. He loved them so much that they’ve become his go-to for any warm-weather outing. If you need lightweight, breathable pants that hold up in hot and humid conditions, these are a fantastic choice!

Waterproof? Yes. Lightweight? Yes. Fit? DIY
Amazed that when I ran water tests at home to test that the pants were actually waterproof and not just "water resistant". 100% satisfied. In fact, I don't understand why someone who buys waterproof anything would not run a test at home when they get the product instead of wearing it and waiting to test it until a real life situation when they really need it. These are great lightweight hiking pants. Love the zippered pockets. Two in normal spot, one in the back, and two thinner ones, one on each of the outer thigh area... all zippered. Also, I love that the normal pockets are half zippered, because it helps keep things in there versus if the zipper went all the way down, there would be a chance your items could fall out. The only reason I am giving the pants 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fit... but my complaint can probably really be drawn up as a more of a personal preference. When I go backpacking, I personally prefer a slimmer fit. I don't like extra material hanging far from my body because it could get caught on bushes, rocks, etc. So the hardest decision about buying these pants was figuring out the size I should get. It was difficult sifting through the existing reviews because some said the fit was just right, others too small, others too large/long. I decided to split the decision down the middle and get medium (in pants, I am normally 32" W 30" length. I could be 32" length as well, but I just don't like very much bunched up material at the bottom of my pants. I like the hem to hit right at the top of my foot. So I ordered medium, and the waist fit fine. It was a little roomy, but not much, and whatever room I had was easily remedied with the belt that was included. The length however, was too long for my liking. I had to hem up the pants like 2-3 inches to be comfortable. I also decided to taper them from the knee down to give them a more slim/skinnier feel and look. With those changes, the pants are DOPE! Love them!

They are lightweight, durable, and ideal for what I am looking for.
I'm 72 years old, and while I hike in the woods perhaps more than many other 72-year-olds, I am not a long-range hiker, although I do think about it now and then. These would do very well for those who want to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail, as they are well-made, very light, durable, and water-resistant, if not actually waterproof. I still need to do that test. Whatever your age might be, if you are looking for something that looks reasonably good, has plenty of pockets, is very lightweight, and is durable, these are a good choice. I've worn my first pair several times and am pleased with them. That's not why I bought them, however. As mentioned, I am 72 years old and carry a bit more weight than I would like. Absent a diet and exercise plan, I am always looking for pants that will stay up, and there are some places where sweatpants just aren't appropriate. As you age and put on some weight, your body undergoes changes that render regular pants with a belt insufficient. You don't think old people wear suspenders as a fashion statement, do you? I grew up on a farm but only began wearing suspenders a few years ago. Fortunately, by the time you've reached your 70s, you've lost some of your vanity, so I wear suspenders occasionally, but I can't say that I like them. These will stay up under normal circumstances even without the belt that comes with them. With the belt, there are no worries whatsoever, so I can carry things with both hands without worrying about my pants falling, and there is no need for suspenders. I've purchased a couple of these. If they came in a few more colors, I'd buy more. Later... They are available in several colors now, so I've ordered a third pair.

Not bad
I purchased two pairs of these pants this week and received them both on time. They were sized exactly correct correctly and came with a little belt. I did not expect much when I open them as they were about the thickness of a piece of tissue paper. I put them on over some longjohns and found them to be quite warm and exceedingly comfortable. It was like I was not wearing any pants at all. The fabric has got a lot of stretch as well and easily fit my oversized torso. I don’t know how durable these things are going to be but they are definitely a rip weave and they certainly blocked the wind on a cold Georgia day. I’m pretty satisfied with them so far.

Good pants but with a noticeable pocket issue.
Lightweight yet durable. They do a good job drying quickly (depending on environmental conditions). I bought them for those reasons and not so much for the many pockets. I'm amused that the word "tactical" used in the item description apparently means "lots of zippered pockets". I dinged them a couple of stars due to the main pockets. The lining of the pockets is a mesh material, which is good for aeration and draining any liquids that get in. Unfortunately if one puts keys in those pockets, the tips of the keys will work themselves into the mesh openings and gradually enlarge the mesh holes. The holes will eventually become large enough where objects will fall through them and down the pant leg. There are additional pockets one can use though, but some can be less effective than others depending on what's being put into them. Overall I would recommend them; just bear in mind the mesh pockets will eventually tear over time. The right front pocket of mine lasted almost a year; your mileage may vary.

Very nice design and great fit. Lightweight and flexible.
I purchased one pair of these TBMPOY Men's Hiking Pants to do a shoot-out comparison with three other similar products from different makers, and these pants were the clear winner. I normally wear size 36x30 pants, and the size Large fit perfectly. I especially like the clasp closure and the sewn-in belt, which keep the pants up over my hips when I put my phone and wallet in the front pockets. The other pants I compared them with did not score well at that. They fit like regular trousers rather than sweatpants, and they look more classy than sweats. They are extremely lightweight and flexible, and will be perfect for wearing so long as the weather is not too cold. I would guess that below 60F these pants will not be sufficient to keep my legs warm unless I'm moving, but otherwise they're the perfect summer pant. I bought three more colors.

Great pair of pants
Great pair of pants. I have been using these pair of pants for 4 years. The pants have held up very well, they are very comfortable and made of good quality fabric. They are perfect during the Fall season - when temperatures are a bit chilly in the morning but lightweight enough when the weather warms up later in the day.
