No,but it is an excellent knife. Stays very sharp.

what is the hrc hardness value?

I don't know the HRC but I'm a stickler for sharp knives and these hold a good edge with just an occasional few swipes on a sharpening steel.

Can you put this knife in the dishwasher?

Yes! Totally dishwasher safe. I love, love, love this knife. Highly recommend it. Get the pink one, easy to spot in the drawer and fun to use.
