Women with HEAVY FLOWS get these!!!
Skeptical and now mad i didn't get these sooner!Okay I'm just barely in my 30s I never thought I'd be wearing some "briefs" at this age but I caved after bleeding in my clothes (and scrubs at work) and LOVE THESE! I bleed a lot (like soaking through an overnight pad in two hours on day two bleeding) and I can wear these for HOURS with ZERO leaks. I wake up in the morning and can feel that gush (yall know what I'm talking about...) and before I'd have to change and clean a murder scene but now?? ALL CONTAINED. And not even bleeding on myself it's all IN THE BRIEF.No more mess. No more embarrassing leaks! I get these EVERY CYCLE. If you bleed a lot, like you soak overnight pads like I do, GET THESE!

Could not have survived a 9.5 hour flight without these
Anyone going through perimenopause knows the sheer terror of leaving the house for an extended period of time when you're going through your Niagara Falls stage of your period. Multiply that terror times a thousand when having to plan for an international trip that involves a nearly 10 hour flight. The thought of leaking through my jeans (which has happened too many times before) on an airplane was so anxiety-inducing that I bought as many products as I could get my hands on, including these Always ZZZs disposable period underwear. The plan was to wear these disposable underwear, then wear a pair of period underwear on top, some leggings, and then jeans...and tie a sweatshirt around my waist, just in case. We had to be at the airport at 5am and in my half-awake state, I completely forgot to wear my period underwear. Turns out, I didn't need them...or the leggings...or the safety sweatshirt tied around my waist. Just these disposable underwear were enough. Granted, I did change them about six hours into the flight, which was a feat in itself considering how cramped airplane bathrooms are. Make sure you also buy disposable bags because these are huge and will not fit in the standard tampon/pad disposal bins in a public bathroom. I found some on Amazon that came with self-adhesives and did not immediately scream out "diaper disposal bag" even though that is literally what they were called. So, check your ego before you hit the order button.I won't give you the graphic details, and Google says cabin pressure doesn't make your period flow heavier, but suffice to say...if these worked for me without leaking, they will likely work for you. Are they sexy looking? They are not. But, I would have thrown any amount of money to not have to worry about leaking on the plane ride, and these worked for a little more than a dollar a pair. I promised if I survived the plane ride without a single leak, I would write this review in case it helped someone in the same predicament that I was. So, here I am, writing this review. Buy these.

Heavy flow, PCOS, Lipodystrophy, etc! These are it!
I'm overweight due to lipodystrophy and pcos, but have small sized hips and butt. I struggled for MANY years trying to find something that works overnight for heavy bleeding that wont leak. This is it! Even though I am a 2xl shirt, I am a size 12ish pants. I get the small sized ones and wear them under my waist.Pros:-Great fit around the legs-Never had a leak so far, and I'm a super-heavy bleeder with clots.-Comfortable, not hot or sweaty-coverage high up the front and the back-Not noticeable under loose clothingCons:-A little noisy when you first put them on. Eases up after wearing them for a short period.-I don't particularly like the way they smell, but the smell isn't bad to me. Just feels perfumed.- Cost is more than traditional pads, but WELL worth it. I don't sleep in anything else and frequently use these on my heavy days during regular daytime for extra coverage. I sit in cars confidently now! ;)Hope this was helpful!

Woman’s Staple Item
My cycle is super heavy, so heavy it laughs at the normal Overnight pads. I get no sleep during my cycle because I need to stay on top of it for leaks and embarrassing moments. My daughter is heavy as well. She actually told me about these. I tried the first night and was surprisingly surprised that it got me through the night. I was convinced. I wear them every night throughout my cycle and get great sleep. These are my go to for comfort, support and peace of mind. Oh and I had a flight where I was between airport, on airplane and waiting for customs for a total of over 11 hours on day two of my cycle and these carried me through. You can’t go wrong with these they are a little pricey but worth every dollar.

Not for thicker women
I purchased the size s/m because my pant size is 8-10. If you fit that size but have thicker hips thighs or bottom, these will not fit you. I do not have much in those areas and these just barely fit. They're okay comfort wise. Wish they sat a little higher. They're a mid rise.

My daughters LOVE these.
My daughters love these so much that if they aren't going out of the house, they wear these instead of pads or tampons, they say these are absolutely the easiest and most comfortable things they've tried. They're also the only things that work reliably overnight for them on the "high flow" days.

A lifesaver when you need them
These are lifesaver when I need them. I don't wear them every period because of the cost, but I will wear them if I'm traveling or even for going to CrossFit if im on my period. I'm about to go on an overseas trip...like 15 hours total in the air, and I plan to take a couple pairs of these in my backpack while I'm traveling. So much easier than worrying about climbing over someone or worrying about leaking. I also used them when I stayed at my friend's house who doesn't have a washing machine. The last thing I needed was the embarrassment of leaking through the sheets at night. So I took these and they worked great.

Definitely try these!!
I recently started perimenopause and was having concerns with leakage due to an insanely heavy flow. Then I stumbled across this item. It's a life saver. They are fairly comfortable and give me a slight peace of mind during my worst times.
