Q: what are all the items that come with this costume?

Everything that you see in the picture. The boot covers are a little on the small side but they will work out. so cape, belt, arm things, mask, boot covers and dress. It is super cute

Q: I am ordering this for my size 6 daughter. What size would be best for her? I would like it to fit her for a while.

I bought the Medium for my 5yo who is 52 lbs and wears a 6. It fits perfectly and will fit in length even when she grows 3-4 inches taller, but would not fit if she gained 2 inches around her waist.

Q: I have a 4 year old daughter but she is the size of a normal 6 year old- what size would be best?

My then 8yr old wore a Medium and she was an 8/10, it fit great, a little snug when she put it on this summer, but it's suppose to be a little tight. For your daughter, I would stick with the small 4-6, some of the accessories might be too big if you get a Medium. When in doubt, buy both sizes and return one.
