I love the item. but it was weeks before it finally arrived. it is only good for 1 application, there is a lot of the product, you mix it like hair dye,i have a little longer then shoulder lenght hair, i did use it all. My hair feels and looks like when i was in my very younger years, i am now 80. It is full,soft shiny and bouncy. nothing else has given me that, I would use it forever,except the time it takes to get it. For that reason and only for that i have to find another brand.If i cant, i will be back.

I really couldn't tell I had done anything to my hair. Not particularly shiny -- and it didn't take any brassiness out of my hair. I use toner, I know what to expect -- they overstated the toner aspect of a clear glaze. Smells ok.

I wish I could give this no stars. It is absolutely worthless, did nothing for my hair. I know it's not a dye but a toner gloss. I have platinum blonde hair that has gotten brassy. No difference after using this product. My hair doesn't even look shinier. I left it on the full 20 minutes. Waste of my time and money. Purple shampoos do a much better job. This claims to last 3 weeks so decided to try it. It's a total rip off. Don't waste your money on this!!

I have used several gloss products but this gave me the results I wanted and needed!! My hair is a natural platinum but has brown streaks at times, that the after shampoo gloss does not eliminate. Though this is more time consuming to put on, the streaks are gone and no blue hues! Will see if it last a month as advertised.

This product is so easy to use. I leave it in for 20 minutes my hair is completely gray. I used to go to the salon and get a cellophane treatment to keep my hair shiny and silky because gray hair tends to be coarse. Since Covid I couldn’t go and that was really the only thing I did for my hair and finding this at Amazon was a lifesaver I bought five boxes of it because I like to do it every other month along with deep conditioning. It truly is as good as a salon treatment.

I already have level 10 bleached hair which I tone platinum. I saw this gloss and raging reviews from some people and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered one, but my boyfriend beat me to it and also got me one, so I ended up with two. I tried one the other day and even did clarifying shampoo before hand to make sure I had a nice base, but alas - I was very disappointed!!!! It most definitely is NOT a PLATINUM toner (let alone white as they show it in the photo, lol)! It didn't even get rid of my light yellow undertone which starts coming up after a while when your toner starts washing out and I had it on for whole 20 mins as they suggested. It also made my hair quite frizzy even though I also used good conditioner afterwards AND leave in conditioner (which usually makes my hair super sleek). My boyfriend said it added some shine to my hair, but that's about it and honestly, I do not see it. Now I am stuck with another whole package because seller is not accepting returns or gives refunds, which I find is not a great customer service given the price of this gloss. The only reason I gave two stars is because it supposedly added some shine (which I do not see). Will stick to my tried and true Snow Cap by Ion toner which always gives me gorgeous results. Don't waste your money!

I bought this to use on my niece’s hair that I lighten to very light blond for her! It madeHer hair so shiny and soft! It even made her hair look more platinum, so she was very happy!
