Not to my taste
My GP told me told me to purchase this as itโs good quality. However, itโs not to my taste. It is now sat in my cupboard. Wonโt be purchasing it again.

NHS recommendation.
Canโt go wrong with these as this is the brand NHS prescribe. Easy to take in water each day. Taste is absolutely fine. These are perfect if you arenโt absorbing nutrients from your food. Quite expensive but saves buying lots of different vitamins.

Makes me nauseous
The vitamin contents are excellent, but the effervescent tablets make a drink that makes me nauseous every morning until I sandwich the drink between bites of a hearty breakfast. The drink is also very sugary tasting. And there seems to be a residue of chalklike substance at the bottom of the cup after I drink it.

Great for bariatric patients
These effervescent tablets have everything needed in a multivitamin for those who have had bariatric surgery. They taste very nice and don't leave any unwanted aftertaste. Expensive but worth it
